Review about college

College management wants money always. They will find one or the other way to earn money from students in the name of admission fee.

Course curriculum was based on the university of VTU, Belgaum. Syllubus was not relevant and it is not enough to earn skills which is required for IT industry. Placement in our college is really good. Students who are worth enough to get placed and those who desires will get placed. Many industrial visits has been organised from our college to every department.

Placement is good especially for CS department. Internships are provided by the college itself being a third party between students and company. Companies like Valuelabs, Sonata software limited, Byju's, and few MNC's has conducted their initial rounds of interviews in our college only. Every year around 40% students will get placed in our college. College has trained one week for the students to get prepared for the interviews.

Many technical and cultural events will be conducted every year. Department wise technical events will be conducted every semester. Cultural events will be for 1 week in which every day will have different themes and based on those themes students should dress up. In that week, different event will be conducted and winner would get prizes. Technical events will be conducted department wise and it will be for 1 or 2 days. Each day will have 10 to 15 technical as well as non-technical events. Winner would get cash prizes and certificates.

Feasible fee structure. My program fee is 55,000+21,000. Mode of payment is either cash or online is also accepted through a website from our college. There is no additional fee to secure admission. College provides transparency in the fee-breakdown.

I haven't opted for scholarship. But I do know some of my friends who opted it. College always delays in providing scholarship even if it's credited by the government. Average sum would be 18000. The eligibility criteria is category based and income should not exceed 1050000. Even general merit students can opt for scholarship.

Campus is small in our college. Gender ratio is dependent on department. In CS department, we had girls and boys ratio of 5:1. Labs are good but internet connection in our college is bad. We had to carry laptops always when there's interviews to use our own mobile data. There is no competitions held in our college apart from some hackthons, technical events. College conducts guest lecture, workshops, and some paid technical hands-on trainings.

No, But for hostels we have to pay separately. Hostel rooms are clean. Each room will have 3 students. Average rentals of PG is around 40,000. But I don't have exact idea about hostels as I don't opt for it.

Seniors are really friendly and they will help when needed. They helped alot when it came about projects and books too. They shared some experience about faculties and college academic structures.

I got admission through CET exam. My admission was in the year 2016 July. I opted for computer science engineering because my background in PUC was computer science. I got this institute for my rank from CET. Admission procedure included simple steps from which includes visiting college, payment of admission fees and some inaugural function.

Faculties are really friendly but they are not having enough knowledge regarding the subject. They are little partial towards students because they concentrate mainly on some communities (college is mainly from tamilnadu) . There are around 30 faculties including teaching and non-teaching staffs in our department. Average age of them is around 30, Qualification is M. E if I say average. Lectures didn't hold any relevant industry-experience as I know.
