Remarks

The first reason it is famous college in Malappuram district and also the college campus was also beautiful then my second priority about course I intrested in petroleum field then I search about any course related to this and I find there is branch called instrumentation so that's why I choose instrumentation which is coupled with Electronics (AEI)

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is Applied Electronics and Instrumentation upto 5 sem major part is Electronics and after that up to S8 Instrumentation is there.The faculties were also good .The teacher gave notes after completing every module so that helps alot.

Class Size: 32Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Yes I done intersnship in Keltron Valanchery .It was a paid internship I didn't get any stipend.

Placement Experience

The college placement was not much that good .only very few companies were visited to that college most of company were software based companies and salary package was also not much that good. Sometimes job referrals may come majority may be in non technical fields

Campus Life was also good there provide Branch wise programs and every year college day also celebrated at 2018 there is big event is conducted which called (MESTECH).In this event cultural and technical were included and another college students and come to this event and participate in event and also can win prizes

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes scholarship also provide.If we have more than 90 percentage then we get scholarship definitely the scholarship amount was 25000 annually.The cut off marks percentage change every year .at last in 2019 the cutt of mark is changed to 75 percentage so at that time alot of students claimed that scholarship

Campus Life

The college Infrastructure was good.They provide limited wifi up to 5 gb per month and then the college has big library and also digital library have also available,the equipment in labs also updated I never see any damaged product

Hostel Facilities

Hostel was also good and they provide good food if we want any type of food we can tell to the mess so they will make it so there may be a seperate bill will be there rather than mess food.The rental of room not much that big

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.

Mes college the place that shaped me into the person I'm today
