Decent college

The main branch is situated in the heart of noida and there are various attraction around. The institute is a complete package of fun and knowledge. Various workshops are arranged in which you can expand your knowledge. The seniors are really helping and their is no ragging problem here. You will be living the best 4 years of your life if you can deal with the exam patter which 96% of them successfully do and use this pattern in their favor.

The selection is done on your JEE AIR. The college has an extended campus too in sector 128 noida. Both colleges are equally good in case of teaching the curriculum but 128 lacks in infrastructure. For CS you need rank below 70000 air and for EC its 120000.

Yes it does provide internships with stipends around 18000/month. But I will advice to take internship elsewhere is smaller companies cause that will enhance your knowledge level and you will learn alot. Dont run behind money, run behind knowledge and skills, money will follow you.

This is the best part. Placements in jaypee is great with highest going as high as 27.5lakhs to 12 CS students. There are more than 12-15 companies giving more than 6lakhs. For EC students though there are few core companies here, but as the course content is repeatable, all of them find themselves with 2-3 offers hence average placements go as high as 150-200%.

There are couples of events that are organised here, some of them are:1. Robotic events like line follower and robo soccer.2. Ramp walk 3. Dance competition 4. Singing competition 5. Quizzing(new) 6. Dramatics 7. Dandia night or ethnic night And various others that are added and removed every next year.

The fees increases every year. For 2015 batch it was 1.9 lakhs per annum excluding hostel, mess and bus.Including everything it goes around 3.10 lakhs/annum(that's alot)Though this seems alot, but its worth it cause you are assured of the placements and a food college is the best launchpad for life.The banks easily give off the education loans and low interest because of the popularity of the jaypee group and its strong backing.

No scholarship. The only one that you apply to up scholarship which is completely on your luck is you get it. If you are general, then forget about it, the chances are less than 50%. William Webster is another possibility but never heard anybody getting it or applying for it.

The campus life of the main campus is awesome. Its like movies, you will be sitting on the lush green grass from 5pm to 10pm with your friends and soulmates and living the best days of your life. The gender is certainly great as compared to any other engineering institute( that did managed a smile on your face.huh??).There are various societies here like technical, drama, music, dance, fashion etc where you can flourish your talent.The students coming in this institute are mainly from ncr so most have their own cars and due to fee structure you can get the idea about the economical status of the students here.

The hostel and mess are awesome, specially mess. Its like living in a 3 star hotel. Every room in air-conditioned. But the seats for hostel are limited and decided according to your rank. The hostel for 128 are not that good as compared to the main once but still does a decent job.

The allumni of this institute are in fb and google. They are always active of the fb group of this institute posting vital information and addressing the students. Non-academically, Kriti Sanon is the best we have got who is an bollywood actress right now.

This is bit tricky. The exam pattern sucks. You will have to give 6 exams in 1 year in each subject and 4 practical exams plus 4 viva for each subject. Hence you will end of having a exam or something else every next week. And 4 out of 6 are 20 marks and 2 are of 35 marks. Each semester has 3 exams and the total of all the three with 25 marks of internal assessments decides your grades.

The faculty of sector 128 is better when it comes to teaching and overall the faculty is much much better as compared to other colleges. They provide you with study material they is really helpful is you are not the best of the note makers. The CS and EC both faculties are equally good most hailing from NIT's and IIT's. Even the young faculties are equally capable and most of the time much better then the old and experienced once. The class strength is not so much hence they are able to give individual attention to all.
