I interned with an FMCG company and my project was focused on making a strategy to launch a product on the e-commerce platforms.
Placement Experience
The placements are good, you can go through the college website for the same to get a clearer picture. Many companies visit the campus such as major IT companies, FMCGs, and companies in BFSI space. The alumni network of the college is very strong since it is 25 years old college, so it definitely gives an edge. There is an entrepreneurship development cell, which gives a good platform for budding entrepreneurs. Students for Summer Internship placements and Final placements. Some of them even get full time offers via summer internships as well.
Fees and Financial Aid
SBI and Bank Of Baroda offers low interest rates on study loans with flexible payment conditions. Make sure you complete all the loan related formalities as soon as your admission is confirmed. There is an option for availing the loan only for one year as well, just in case you can pay the other year’s fee by yourself. It would be better if you don’t take a loan, if that’s possible, so that there is no load on you after MBA.
Hostel Facilities
There were single/double/triple occupancy rooms in the 1st year. All of them were of good quality and amenities. In the second year, they give a separate hostel to the seniors, so that there are no ragging related issues. The last check out time from hostel was 10 pm, after that nobody could exit, only entries were allowed. Regular attendance at 10-11 pm in the hostel.
