Good college

I took KCET and scored 2000 ranking! I opted this college because it is the best city to live in and conductive environment for studies.

It is a autonomous college but it almost follow the vtu Karnataka syllabus but horrible thing is that you will not find zero choice in question paper u have to attend all questions. Course has heavy syllabus with has 6 big units u have to study all of them.

No they wont provide anything like internship!they just concentrate on syllabus and nothing more than that.

Before 2013 it was very good but now it has gone down ! Companies visit here only during 8 sem !and they take only guys with good GPA 8.5 or above this causes lot of confusion among the students whether to concentrate on studies or to prepare for gate.

College fest techniques which not so good but it is okay for some extent!and there will be branch fest too like aakar for civil, ece fest for ece engineering student, there will lot of cultural activity, but the problem is nice students only will not be available at the time of fest because heavy work load.

Fee structure is okay. Its 1.44 lakhh for comedk. And 40000rs for kcet student and 1.55lac for jee students. The college will not provide u anything like prescribed notes to write!they only provide ID and syllabus copy that's all after this u have to buy record and other things by payment.

Only for toppers they offer scholarship and nothing for other students! They have number of scholarship for good scores! Sometimes they offer loan.

Sex ratio is balanced in the campus and there will be a lot of ieee program like debates hackathon quizez work shop,demo speches,orentation programs,freshers party in some branches !there is nothing like discrimination inthe name of cast,race etc pretty well tollerance college!has rich culture.

Boys hostel is not good but girls hostel is really good! College hostel mess food is ok. And u can find number of paying guest around nie Mysore because it is a residential area!and even there are some good private run hostel which are cheap too.

Exams are really tough !even if u study whole syllabus u will not be able to pass in some subjects!some guys to just show their standard they set very tough paper in order fail number of students!Many of the students are not able to clear the backlogs!and best of two is taken from 3 internals.

Ok not bad! But as great as JCE in Mysore. So of them are good but some of them r really very bad they don't know anything they just dictate notes in the class and some them don't know what they are teaching itself overall rating of teacher here is 4 out of 10.
