Remarks
I give the good remarks to the college because when I'm new to college I have not capability to make computer programs, to solve problem by self. I got confident to get hire and work for the company in future.
Entrance Preview
I have given Gate Entrance Examination. After this Examination I can be Selected for the M.Tech in My field. Also my college gives the training on this Entrance exam. I got qualified by 67%.
Course Curriculum Overview
During starts of my Course I didn't know how to apply the theories come in books to the real application as I'm studying Software Engineering. Faculties studies the theory in Lectures and then next session we perform in the Laboratory that we studied in lecture session which makes my doubts clear.
Internships Opportunities
Yes our college provide internship. The SAP company of JAVA from ORACLE is hire the candidate who scores top 10 in the Examination. The stipend is 10000rs per month. When we work on some problem we work in team. So the we love to work and study there.
Placement Experience
The placement in Silver Oak Is good, there is lots of chances get into top companies like Tech Difence, Tata consultancy Service(TCS), Wipro but it needs hard work.The co-operation of faculties during placement is well. I don't know how much placed in my IT course but comparing to other course Mech Engi,Civil Engi. This course has higher rate of placement. Recently in Agile Info ways comes and hires two candidates.
College Events
In second semester I have attended the 2 day workshop on Ethical hacking.The thing studied in this workshop was secret and it will not be taught by faculty in academic year.This two days I have enjoyed a lot studying the thing I will never will. Also Junnon is the management festivals in which the top 3 student with best performance in sports, technical, and cultural event is awarded with the medals, money.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees are too much for me. After paying the fees I have to manage my pocket money for 2 to 3 months so the traveling cost can be managed. Comparing to other college the Fees are not too much.The college also celebrates the functions, events and provide free Workshop Certification. That satisfiable to give the Fees although it is too much for me.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship is available based on the caste category. My college friend is SC(Schedule caste) he got the 7000rs of scholarship for every year of college. Based on my knowledge the ST category has higher amount of Scholarship than SC category. And OBC category has lower amount of Scholarship.
Campus Life
Due to small campus ground in lunch break there is always a big crowd in college.At least not a place to stand. The college contains almost same ratio of students in the gender ratio. I have attended the freshers party where I have meet and introduced to my seniors. The bonding to them were very good.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are not property's of College trust, and the builder given higher amount of cost to the hostel. The shared PG rent is cost lower to the each person.Only 4000 to be paid for 4 person in the PG room. The facilities are not provided we have to do our work on our own for example the washing clothes and cooking food.
Alumni/Alumna
There are many doubts when the projects are in front of me and I didn't know where to start.I have taken the help from my senior who has master programming knowledge and his doubts are cleared completely. So I have got the ideas how to starts the project and how theoretically solve it.
Exam Structure
Well enough. The exam hall is completely noiseless when exam start. And the Examination is very strict it has many rules to follow or else where it very strict steps taken to the student. For example mobile phone is not allowed in exam hall and cheating to other is also not allowed.
Faculty
Most of Faculties are newly qualified in our college. But as begin recently as a student they knows better how to teach the student in good ways that is better understood. Also they are inspirational to the new generation. The most professor are qualified in BE and some of them ME and also they are studies PH.D. And out of them our HOD is not only focus on study he keeps inspiring us so we proud to be student of him.
