LNCT bhopal : good or bad

If you take admission in LNCT then be prepared for 75% attendence criteria as faculties are very strict in case of attendence. and there is no ragging atleast in my case.you may not find senior and junior interaction so much. If you are thinking for placement then take admission in CS or IT Or EC or EI.if you have intrest in core branches ( electrical , civil , mechanical) then forget about placement , prepare for gate , PSU.that means you have to see outside from college for job opportunity. As if you find job in college placement then the maximum chance is that it is related to IT sector.

I took JEE in 2014. I scored 84 marks. I choose electrical engineering as per my interest. I am not assured about LNCT that I have to take admission in this particular college. I go through mp counseling and I got this.

Course structure is not so good as per research aspects. Exam structure as per rgpv. You have to give 5 theory examination of 70 marks. And then practical of 5 subject of 50 marks including of lab performance, quiz, sessional, attendence.and there are two mid semester exam.1st one is of 2 unit and 2nd is of remaining 3 unit both of 20 marks. There are grading point system

No they do not provide any internship. You have to manage yourself. I am in 5th sem so I have no experience of internship.

Placement cell of college are active but the only branches related information technology aspirants got maximum opportunity.My college placement are good for branches of computer science , electronic communication, information technology,instrumentation. only approax 10 % of core branches (ee,ce,&me) student got placement respectively.

Feasible, I think LNCT is most affordable good private engineering college. Not only LNCT but most of the engineering college in bhopal are so feasible that their 1 year fee is almost equal to 1 semester fee of college of almost rest of India. I have to pay almost 78000 per year including all charges. I took admission in 2014 so there may be slight changes in present fee structure.

No there is no scholarship provided from college side. You may take education loan easily from any bank as LNCT is a well reputed engineering college. You can get scholarship from central government or state government.

Hostel is only available for 1st year and too that is not compulsory.you have your own choice. There is 3 hostel available. Two for boys and one for girls. One of the boys hostel are situated outside the college campus near bhopal railway station named as jaishree hostel.

Faculties are not so impressive.some of faculties are good but there percentage is very less.as maximum of faculties are not so good. Student to faculty ratio is approximately 1 : 25~ 30 as there is a faculty for 30 student appointed as mentor. You get industrial exposure here very well as here many industrial visit is done.
