ABHISHEK MADHUKAR's Review On National Institute Of Technology - [NIT], Raipur

I wrote JEE MAINS for admission in NIT RAIPUR i secured 121735 rank i got admission through sc category i opt for this college because this is a national level engineering college and i can get a excellent future ahead.

I am reading mechanical engineering in NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY RAIPUR. It is one of the excellent college in india. The course is well designed it starts from basic level and also have advance topics.The syllabus mainly includes Engineering mathematics , basics of physics chemistry electronics electrical computer engineering , basic and advance thermodynamics, strength of material, kinematics of machine industrial engineering ,operation research machine design robotics and power plant engineering the lab facilities and nice i along with 24 member made a off road vehicle.

NIT RAUPUR provides internship .it runs different program in summer vocation student from our college or outside college can take part in the internship. stipend is available for needy chhattisgarh state scholarship and central scholarship is provided to students.

Placements for CSE and IT branches in NIT Raipur is very good, this year average package till now is above 6.20 LPA .Highest being above 17lpa and more companies coming with a package above 20lpa. Last year we had a average above 5.30 LPA, with highest package offered to be 22 LPA. This is much higher than many NITs 2 students of NIT Raipur also bagged off campus package of 75 LPA placement for IT and CSE is 100% from last 2 years and some student also had more than 1 job offers(Dream Jobs) with them.Average package is rising every year, with more (quantity) and better(quality) companies coming for campus hiring every year Internship opportunities for prefinal year students is also increasing rapidly every year we also have a very good record of foreign internships among NITs,last year students got intern in Germany,USA,Australia and Singapore. NIT Raipur is among top 10 NITs in terms of placement.

Feasible course fee is Rs 42000/- per year central scholarship for 12 meritorious students in every branch based on JEE main exam 12 students from every branch get scholarships yes loan needed but they are not easily provided by any bank course fee around 20k per sem scholarships for obc, sc and st not for general student avg no of student getting scholarship is 20 per branch approx{12 branches} no loan needed cus fee is not that high but its going to be and its need to be.

Course fee is Rs 76500 per year only merit scholarships are available about 100 students get scholarships. Entrance exam JEE mains(syllabus includes physics chemrary and mathematics of class 11 and 12 ranking include both jee mains marks and 12 th calss marks(it is distributed as 60% waitage is given to jee mains marks and rest 40% in given to 12th class marks) seat allocation(condidate have to go throuth the counselling and they have to fill their choice) document varifition in a scheduled date(it includes10 and 12 th class marksheet, allotment letter, caste certificate if you are from reseved catogary) admission in particular college.
