I don't get chemical engineering branch in any indian institute of technology, i was getting non-core branches in indian institute of technology (like environment engineering,environment sciences, etc). So i like to get a good branch in institute of engineering and technology lucknow
Course Curriculum Overview
Our course syllabus is up to date. Each and every subject taught to us is within the complete range of syllabus and some teachers tell us about how to prepare for gate and help us a lot in our study for gate exam. Our faculties are good. Year we get industrial exposure. We have done many industrial visit including (1. Gail pata plant, phaphund, 2. Kansai nerolac paints limited, kanpur)
Internships Opportunities
In chemical engineering, the core companies don't offer internship due to safety reasons. But i have done unpaid training 1. In indian farmers fertilizers co-operative limited (iffco) phulpur, allahabad. 2. Sewage treatment plant (stp) bharwara, lucknow, under uttar pradesh jal nigam
Placement Experience
As we all know about the pandemic of covid-19, due to this most of the companies refused to visit colleges for the placement. But according to last years many of the companies related to cse & it branch. The number of companies visited for me, che, ee, ce are very few. So the placement rate for other branches is very less.
College Events
The campus is very big. We reside in the hostel and i think for a hosteler his campus life is the best period of his life and many of the events are held in our college like technical fest, cultural fest, sport fest, alumni meet for the better guidance of students and as a reunion of alumni. Webinar, seminar, development program are also held in our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
Most of the students get up scholarship for the reimbursement of the fee of student. But i don't get any scholarship. There is no loan facility provided by college authority.
Campus Life
Our campus was established in since 1982, from that period many changes are there like new development of departments, labs, offices and all. But the basic building is same as before at the time of establishment. New hostels for students are also developed. But in the end i would like to say that the campus infrastructure of our college is good.
Hostel Facilities
Yeah i opted for hostel since my first year. Hostel rooms are good and enough for the students to make their lifestyle better. Hostels are in sharing but hostel seats are enough. On comparing pg's and hostels, hostels are best.
