Remarks
There was a good placement in this year and side by side previous years too. Many companies came to the college and took the best student among them. So total there were more than 110 placements this year. Although the previous year's number of placement was less comparatively than this year. The classrooms and the other rooms are well furnished. There is a Wi-Fi for teachers as well as for students in the college campus and LAN connection in each and every room in the hostels. The food in the canteen is very delicious. The labs are very good with the required number of apparatus.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty and teachers are very helpful. The teachers teach in their best possible ways so that the students could easily be able to understand. The professors use digital media also to teach us. The course is very useful for the students who are willing to prepare for GATE/ IES.
Placement Experience
From 4th semester students are available for placements. Major companies who are visited: Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Jaro education, BPO, Capgemini and many more tech giant. Highest package by far is 5 lakhs and the average package is 2.5-3.5 lakhs. The student must have an aggregate of 60% for most of the companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
College fees are not so expensive. The figure is affordable. For ECE, CSE students the fees are INR 7510for CE, ME, EE students the fees are INR 5510and for IT students INR 12000. For the poor and the lower and reserved class, there is a provision of fees concession. Not only for these, but there are also many criteria for fees concession. Apart from this, there is no scholarship scheme provided by the institute.
Campus Life
There is one and only cultural 3-day Annual fest during March-April. This is called Aura. Many different cultural and social activities and competitions are held and the winner awarded the last day. The different activities start from the month before. Separate Annual sports meeting is also held annually around this time. Classes are aided with digital classroom facilities. Some labs are old but some newly built. The campus has its own library where students can get a membership easily.
