One of the best college in India to learn and enjoy.

College facilities are very good and very good academic environment. One bad thing is the college management and the way college faculty are hired. But the things are improving continuously.

AIEEE, currently IIT JEE I chose this institute because this was one of the best college which was giving me the option to study computer science related field ( information technology but course structure similar to computer science ). Apart from that this college had very good placement record in the past which made it best option for me.

Course curriculum is very good and up to date with current industry requirements. Courses are similar to what are thought in computer science in colleges like IIT. Students are taught the branch related subjects from the first year itself which provides good foundation. Students also get to chose advanced courses in the final years of study as per their interests. Also, they focus on research area more.

The college allows the students to go for the internship in their final semester of study for 6 months. Many companies visit the college for placement provide the internship also to the students. Some of the companies which provided internships were: Juniper Network D E Shaw, Direct-i, Microsoft, Flipkart, VizExperts, Snapdeal, Adobe and many others and startups mostly the stipends were between 10k to 25k.

College provide good scholarship amount to toppers of the batch. You can also get a good loan based on the reputation of the college. Also, you can apply for scholarships in your respective state government.

Diversity of the college is very good because students come from different parts of the country. But the gender ratio is not that good. You will find very few girls in the campus. Labs are good. Students participated in lots of coding competition. So, coding is culture in the college. Apart from that, lots of events are also organized related sports like cricket, badminton, TT, Counter Strike, NFS etc.

Hostel facilities are good. All the students are given room on twin sharing basis. Students can also opt for single sharing by paying double the amount. There are 5 boys' hostel, on of which is newly constructed and 1 girls' hostel. Free high speed internet is also available to students in hostel. There are mess facilities in each hostel which provide good food. All the mess are also air-conditioned, so students enjoy eating food there. On few days of week food might not be good but overall its good.

Yes, alumni network is good but not as strong as of other national level colleges. But there are lot of alumni are working in well reputed companies which is helpful. Senior students also helps in learning subjects and programming.

Exams are held twice per semester, mid-semester and end-semester. Mid-semester is of very few marks and end-semester is the main exam. Students are graded relatively based on combination of mid-semester and end-semester exams and given SGPA out of 10 based on subject credits. All the SGPA combined with subject credits gives you CGPA. Lab facilities are quite good. Each student is given one computer system and they can use that whenever they want to. It has very good internet connection too most of the subjects have labs exams too.

I got this institute on the basis of my AIEEE rank. Admission process was pretty smooth. All I had to do was to get my selection letter and visit the college. All the formalities were done by the college administration pretty smoothly. I got this college in the second round of counseling. I visited the college during the duration mentioned in my counseling letter, got into the queue, waited for few hours and then called for the admission procedure. I showed all the required document for verification which they kept it in the original form, filled all my details and got the admission letter and deposited the fee. All this process took around 5 hours and went smoothly.

Most of the faculty of the college are good. All the professors are Phd. holder. They have good knowledge of their subjects. Though there are some teachers which doesn't have good subject knowledge but because of the college environment students still gets to learn a lot some professors focus on research more.
