CAT scores were not available in year 2001. The process of admission is CAT exam followed by Interview.
Course Curriculum Overview
Common 1st year as it happens in MBA, Overview of Marketing, HR, Finance and IT and 2nd year is where you get lot of electives to choose. Almost all the courses you want to study will be available in electives in 2nd year.
Internships Opportunities
Internship assistance is provided by Institute and every one gets it. Stipend varies from company to company and the the area of interest you want to pursue.
Placement Experience
All the decent companies come in, the placement in general are not issue if you are in top 80% of the batch. The salaries are at par with market. The participating companies vary but there are regulars like Pidilite, HDFC, ICICI, TCS, Nelson etc.
College Events
All the fest at organised by the active clubs apart from all the colleges in India there is international participants as well. They are all 2-3 days fully packed events with multiple tracks going on.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Moderate fee as compared to other B schools. This keep on changing year on year you will have to look at website for details. Fee will be provided in brochure. Please note that the Fee in 2nd year will be revised upwards.
Fees and Financial Aid
Loans are available, guess there were no scholarships available in 2001-2003 Loans available from all leading banks. You can take loan from any bank you wish to avail loan from.
Campus Life
Good mix of diversity from India people across states come in with almost equal gender diversity. Even NRI are there to study with you. Over all good mix of exp and 2-5 years of exp professionals.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is excellent, mess is mess as the name says. I never liked mess food no matter which college it is :)
Alumni/Alumna
Local active chapters and Alumni meet organised every year, people attend as per the convenience. Arrangements taken care by committee . As far as I know there is active participation and used to be a look forward event.
Exam Structure
Quizzes, Mid sem, End sem and ofcourse CP so it is a continous evaluation with no breals between semessters makes it like exams through out the year.
Faculty
The key highlight is the Faculty and the infrastructure which is available for any student to leverage. Excellent Library with all the books you will ever need.
