Very bad management no permanent facilities are there. Being a government employee they all are careless don't listen and not helpful.

I took Pre Engineering Test and score is 80. It was just a written examination.I choose this because I really don't know anything about computers and software so joined engineering. And choose government college just because fees is very less as compared to other private college's

Actually being in government college facilities and the faculty are not available but by purchasing books, or taking books from college library and internet helped a lot. By also taking the help of extra classes and coaching outside we use to learn and give exams.

No. igec is a government college and they don't conduct any internship. If student want to do internship then they can do it outside by taking college permission.

No placement facilities. Not even single company came to our college till now. Only hope is open campuses and walk-in. Since no labs and facilities are there. Companies not find our college that good to come and do placements. So in this only hope is open or pool campuses.

No such events sometimes they organise TechFest and workshops. TechFest is organised very less because teachers are not interested all the work is there on students only no teacher helps and even funds are also not given .So all these are less conducted.

Very less. maximum 25k and the hostel residential rent for a year is only 500 and monthly hardly 2000 at most which is food + electricity charge not water charge hostel is good but required some maintenance . But transport means are less available and no medical facility.

Yes many scholarships are but that too for ST/SC/PWD/Less income/ minority not as per academics. Intelligent and as per academics no scholarships are given.

Gender ratio is 3 : 5 since girls are less, diversity 4 : 5. Extracurricular are not organised. Extracurricular are not conducted since no teacher and faculty are interested in conducting and organising or even guiding students . Only students conducts and those to very Less.

Best thing about hostel is free WiFi and huge area. Worst thing very less maintenance and food is ok. I would rate 6/10 . Food is good and the workers are private and students only run mess and organise and workers charge is given by students only warden don't look all these matters.

They are not that interested there is no alumni circle or network since no teacher look at alumni cell and even college website so no students network are there.

Exams are as per university instructions I.e RGPV. Not that hectic. Exams are conducted twice a year since 2 semester are there in a year . The exam papers are set by RGPV our university . Since our college is autonomous only by name not by work . Labs are less conducted our college is from10:30 to maximum 5:30 so not that hectic as per myself.

Through counseling based on marks I got this College. First by giving PET exam then by counseling on state level as per the marks college is allotted.This test PET is now ended and only JEE is conducted . I got admission in 2012 . And once the college is allotted to you then you have to go to college and register yourself.

Teacher's have done M.Tech but are less supporting. There is a Benchmark that every teacher who use to take classes not the permanent one must have done M.Tech so teachers are qualified. But are less interested in student problem they on use to teach bookish knowledge and practical knowledge is not given and the don't even do and show practicals.
