My best days of life.

The college is full of life but in every college there some drawbacks but it's up to students how he/she make use of college.

CET (Karnataka) and my rank was 15000. So it's enough to get selected in GIT. So the cut off was about 20000.for our batch but for recent batch may it's less than 10000.

Basically I love coding things so I was previously very well planned about getting into computer science engineering dept. But I done some research while putting option entry which was the most difficult one.The course offered in KLS GIT was tremendous and the knowledge that I got there have no words to describe so come and join.

Internship no, But they provide assured placement, TCS , MINDTREE AMAZON etc 80+ companies visit every year to recruit students for there respective organisation.

As I said earlier the 100% placement is there for students, For students with low academic grades also they bring companies with lots of opportunities and better carrier of students in my batch TCS only recruited around 250 students. So it's clear that git is best place for placement.

Well there are plenty of events conducted in GIT campus, For every branch there is one tech fest, but the Show stopper is AURA the annual cultural fest where many celebrities like Chetan Bhagat, sunidhi chouhan, shankar mahadevan, vishal shekhar, farhan aktar done music shows.

The fee structure was done by govt of Karnataka that was paid directly to the board of education through DD or Cheque. The college also includes some development fees around 18k which get reduced by year n year.The fees structure was quite feasible so no worries about fees. If student can't afford then he can go for bank loans in college helps too.

Yea, plenty of them are there, for SC/ST students there is scholarship and for other backwards cast students also there is different scholarship programs are there. But for toppers there is special price amount is given by college trust.

As I said earlier the campus is surrounded by mango trees of 25 acres and there such thing called boys n girls thing. In GIT you find students with very high level of talents weather in academics or cultural. The campus includes coffee shop cake Parler and canteen which are my favorite place in campus where most of the students spend there memories.

The hostel that too boys, was best with around 150+ rooms and they are very clean and clear with 3 students in each room, the hostel provides 24 hours of free Wi-Fi actually the campus is surrounded by free Wi-Fi so that was not a big deal coming to the quality of mess food well mess food is not up to point but they struggle to attract to students that was hilarious.

Yea there is one separate dept which we call alumni cell where every alumni of GIT is in touch they also conduct alumni meet arouse India and outside of India every year and the alumni of GIT are very pleasant to attend the meet.

GIT for our batch was under VTU the exam pattern was quite difficult as VTU always blend their students with shocking question papers, But it is easy to crack distinction with good quality of education and guidance but GIT provides very good attention towards students.

First of all I attended my counciling based on my rank where I got admission for which I submitted in college and got admission form.The admission form was basically a booklet with lots of personal and academic information needed to fill.After filling the form then it is processed by staff and done with my admission.

The faculty that too in CSE dept was very cool and friendly nature not only teaching staff but also non teaching. They are very well versed in there field and have bank of information about the subject they teach so basically teaching in GIT is simply fab.
