Remarks

Good ranking and convenience, batch size is less so there are more chances of getting placed in a good company. Since I am from Chandigarh only this was the most suitable college for me as it is also a well ranked B school. It has an amazing ROI. The fees for both the years combined is almost 1,00,000 Rs only. Plus i was getting the branch of my choice which is HR

Course Curriculum Overview

Due to the pandemic the start of our college is virtual. Although the curriculum is great but the faculty assigned to us is not that up to the mark expect for few professors. We get plenty of chances to participate in various case study competitions. Since it is a student driven college the seniors are very helpful.

Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience

The alumni networking is great, we have a specialised team working to keep the alumni connected with UBS. Many opportunities for summer placements are there. There are total 35 students im HR batch so it should not be very difficult to get a decent package

College Events

The college has not yet been started physically. We are attending online classes so can not comment on the campus life much. There are many extra curricular activities like quiz competitions, virtual marathon and cyclothon. Different case studies

Placement Experience:

Placements of this college is better than many tier 2 NITs . Students are eligible for placement in 8th semester. If we talk about the top companies visiting PEC, these are Apple, Google, Microsoft, American Express, McKinsey, JP Morgan etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The subjects covered basics like programming, DBMS etc. which is useful in the beginning. But honestly, it's not enough for real - world jobs, so you have to learn extra on your own. Exams were regular and not too tough.

Overall im loving this college

Placement Experience:

For placement students can apply in their last year respectively Top recruiters at UICTE include Reliance, GAIL, Honeywell, ExxonMobil, and Technip, offering many roles, but exact offer numbers aren't publicly available. Highest package for chemical engineering this year is 12 LPA and average is around 5 to 7LPA I want to do something of my own after this degree

after 7th semester students are eligible for process of placemet many company recenty visited like tcs and infosys .average pacakage is around 700000 and highest pacakage is around 5200000 . 70% students got placed My plan is to join a good company after degree

There are on compus placement and few companies visit. But very few students are only selected and offered a package of around 5-6 lpa. Oracle, fy, hdfc etc In percentage placement is around 10%. I plan to apply for off campus placements and don't have any plans for mtech or any other cource.

I want to go abroad for higher studies and after that work for a multinational company. I will be able to learn so much about what has been taught to us, the highest package that was given was 42 lakh per annum and the minimum is 10 lakh per annum and CSE gets the highest number of the package.

A genuine review by a genuine person whom you can relied upon.

A person needs to take the CAT entrance test and have graduated in any stream with a minimum of 50% for the general category and 45% for other categories. As there is no such cutoff for CAT. Best ROI

It takes admissions through CAT examination and GD+PI round.Applications starts from December and we have to provide documentation through mail, various types of reservations are their for eg ex-servicemen, rural area , single girl child etc which one can view on prospectus available online. The weightage of CAT percentile is more ,but students should also focus on Gd/pi because it really plays part in admission process,so after gd/pi students are assigned ranks and admission takes place accordingly.
