Good at its best.

Final verdict is that the college is a good opportunity for the poor students who seek for technical education! I am not totally satisfied with the management but good to some extent.

I took KCET entrance examination and was obtained a rank of 24371 and joined this college as there was no other options for me.

My opted course was Civil engineering I hope my opted choice is good since there is lot more demand for civil engineers due to globalization and fast growing economy. The focus in research may be in the field of raw materials used for construction due lack of availability of gravel, sand and even in the development of my country.

Yes our college provides internship programmes at 7th sem to its students. The stipend as i know from the experienced members is quite less when compared to most of the colleges! Sice I'm in 1st year i don't know much about that.

The Institute has an active training and placement cell. The institute is an associate member of cocubes.com and also planning to tie up with Edista Software Testing for placements following companies have visited our college for placements Customized Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Syntellect, SLK Software, Oracle Financial Services, Global Edge Software, Larsen and Tubro, Razor Think Technogies i am unaware of the packages they offer.

Our college conducts wide range of events and celebrates variety of fests they are clubs in our college including NSS, CULTURAL CLUB, RED CROSS, KANNADA SANGHA, YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, HEALTH CLUB etc where students voluntarily arrange programs for student welfare. The is also a technical fest called ANANYA where there will be visitors to our college for placements cell.

The fees structure is absolutely inexpensive since its a government undertaking there is variety of exemptions based on categories they belong. The fees start at ₹18100 for general category and nearly ₹5000 for other categories. And even free education is available no donations.

This is one of the best facilities available the are tonnes of available scholarships for needy students like epass or vidyasiri through which eligible students can refund their total fee paid. Even there are many scholarships for the development of poor and backward class students.

The campus totally meets good environment including anti ragging, anti racial discrimination atmosphere there are variety of opportunities for the students to outshine their hidden talents in the filed of sports, culture, technology etc. Labs are well maintained with standard equipment's for the basic study of students. There is unitu among students and even the economic status of the college is high.

The hostel facilities are quite good the students are provided with 3 meals and snacks in the break time. The rooms provided are quite comfortable. The fee structure is nearly 2000 to 3000 per month and even less for particular students with poor economic conditions. Students also prefer nearby PGs.

There is always a good connection of students between the alumni they provide us wide information regarding exams, placements and even projects they also affected me in many ways like in terms of submitting assignments to the staff and even campus rules.

The examination structure is as per the VTU. There are 8 semesters. And each semester has 3 internal exams and one university exam. The marks is based on CHOICE BASED CREDIT SYSTEM. Out of 3 internal exams best of 2 is only considered. And finally only 6 semester marks are considered for 8 sem leaving 1 and 2 sem marks.

Since its a government college, i got admitted directly through KEA Board by filling a form in the college and paying some development fee. The documents produced was 1 set original and 5 sets of photocopies attested by senior officer. The admission procedure was quite easy and was guided by the staff itself.

Not a problem of faculty in this college all the professors(HOD) are experienced in their field for nearly 10 YEARS and even has a doctorate degrees some professors are pursuing their Ph.D's currently and even well experienced! Nearly 60% of the faculty has their master degree and doctorate degrees with them.
