Remarks
I took admission in Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology Prayagraj because It is 4th rank college of UPTU I was also interested in taking admission in Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology but my preffered branch is CSE and I was getting ECE so I didn't choose KNIT. Institute of Engineering and Technology is first college of UPTU so it would be great if i did get admission in that college but here also the main problem was branch and I was getting admission in Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology but area is very out
Course Curriculum Overview
Syllabus is not good because syllabus of Abdul Kalam Technical University is not updated and that is very necessary and curriculum is good because Technical fest helds every year and Cultural fest Udbhav held every year for two days so every student enjoys those days and teachers focuses on theoretical knowledge not on practical knowledge
Placement Experience
I think there is lack for opportunities of Internship and placements. Students get placements in Abdul Kalam Technical University which is good but Internship opportunity is very less compare to other colleges which should be increased
College Events
We have coding clubs. Every month, one or two coding competition held on HackerRank which is very good environment for promoting coding environment. Technical fest Technovation helds every year on March which is best thing of our college. Cultural fest Udbhav happens every year in November which is a two day long event
Fees and Financial Aid
State government provides scholarship to eligible candidates. Scholarship amount is approximately same as our fees so poor students can easily manage their studies and If any student want to take loan then they can apply for Loan in Indian Overseas Bank which is connected with our college in some way so student can get loan easily
Campus Life
Infrastructure is not good. Campus area is wide but buildings are old, new buildings are good. We have two library Brach library and central library. Brach libraries are open everyday and central library is open for one day for particular branch. We have rights to take two books for 6 months from central library. Wifi is available on campus
