Remarks

Main factors were that this is very good college for mechanical as in here they have very good and amazing workshop for mechanical department and you can even work on any project inside the workshop if you want to

Course Curriculum Overview

The courses here are good and also the syllabus is revised and the faculty is good with students too but the HOD of mechanical department and also the principal is very unprofessional in nature and in knowledge too

Placement rate is very low but they try hard or I can say Mr Raj Devakar works hard for the mechanical department

The extracurricular activities are very good because in here students arrange very good technical events and they happen in very large crowd also they invite students from other college to participate

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

The faculty is the worst part about the college

Our college facilities is not good. The faculty is the worst part about the college. They do not take classes instead they burden us with lots and lots of homework and assignment. They want us to perform very well in the exam but they won't bother themselves to take classes. Even if they take class, they teaching is not proper wave.
