Remarks

My college is an government institute situated in mohali, Punjab. It was ranked 6th all over India in fashion colleges. According to other fashion colleges it's fee structure is a bit cheaper and addition to it they have good hostel facility and locality.

Course Curriculum Overview

In any kind of designing field the course is really high. Like you've to cover up so much of syllabus in very few time and according to that the faculty is not that good and up to the mark. Plus we need to do some changes in the syllabus of fashion design.

Placement Experience

Placements and job opportunities totally depends on you. Most important design field is totally your criteria like if you're creative and elligble then you'll definitely get a job. But in my college the placement section is ok and good both as many famous designers are from my college only.

Our infrastructure is not that big as it's just a degree college of a limited course but accordiingly it's ok kinds. But it doesn't have a feel of college life, no as such curricular activities, no proper celebration types.

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

All about my college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

Good College, Placement and Great Infrastructure and Facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty of Delhi University was fabulous well educated professors were there and in chandigarh University too the faculty is quite good and helping in nature. Faculty is always ready to help students at both universities. They teaching style is fabulous at both places. There were only semester exams in Delhi University and some internal tests and practical file marks were there butin chandigarh University we have exams every month this must be changed

The infrastructure of our college is good. It has a good building. There are many spacious classrooms. The library is air-conditioned with photocopy facility. The computer lab is air-conditioned, which can accommodate 60-65 students at a time. There are weaving Lab with handlooms, pattern making lab and sewing labs for students. There is a spacious auditorium and also a multimedia room. The college also has a tuck shop, where students can get stationery and stuff related to college work. Degree in Textile designing

The application form provided by the college can be obtained from any of NIIFT centres but they are also provided online on their official website. NIIFT select students on the basis of the entrance exam followed by interview and situation tests.so, it's not easy to get in this Institute you have to be very creative and talented.
