Remarks
It is near to my residence, it is under Mumbai University, which has a good reputation, the college is peaceful, and the campus is not too huge, so it helps me focus on my studies, and I am doing computer Engineering, the labs are well equipped with high-end computers, and the library is great, and from the college computers, you can access research papers of IEEE(for free), and the staff is good.
Course Curriculum Overview
In my opinion, it wasn't, Mumbai University decides the portion. Like, the world is moving towards using Flutter for app development, but it isn't included in our syllabus. We aren't exposed to the architecture of Modern Processor, basics are there, like the Intel 8086.
Placement Experience
Companies that recruit - accenture, TCS, Alepo, Alpha PLus, amdocs, Atos, Book My Show, Emphasys, Capgemini etc.
College Events
Technical Fests are conducted on a medium scale, there is a week full of quests, known as Pratiksha, where celebrities come and join in for the celebrations, in those fests, we have competitions like offroad RC car racing, robot wars, etc. At the end of the week, we have a concert, where the participation is huge, and all of the important days are celebrated like Engineer day, etc.
Campus Life
There is a gymnasium with Carrom, chess, table tennis, and a fully equipped Gym, there is wi-fi available, the library is pretty large, and the computers are pretty modern in some labs, the campus isn't huge to accommodate outdoor sports. The internet speeds on the computers are pretty nice with speeds upwards of 100 Mbps, the auditorium is top of the line.
