The courses offered and the choice of electives available to a student played an integral part in my decision. Along with this the reputation was of the institute along with a good cosmopolitan environment were other influencing factors.

The course curriculum needs to be made more updated with current industry relevance. While some faculties are good, there is still a scope of huge improvement particularly in my field. There also needs to be more focus in research.

There are several companies that visit the campus and it is honestly difficult to name them. however Computer related branches record nearly 100 percent placements. While the opportunities for other core branches are more limited. A minimum of 7 cgpa is usually required to sit for most jobs and a student should not have backs while applying.

There are a lot of varieties of extracurricular activities available, and beyond a doubt, there is something for everyone. The college really encourages extracurricular activities and there are several events taking place throughout the year.

I am not aware of any loans offered by the college and have not availed them myself. There are scholarships available based on rank in MET and for ppl of Karnataka board.

The campus infrastructure is great. The availability of a huge library and study hall us very helpful. The hostels are great and the option of choosing the kind of hostel upy want to stay in is a huge plus. Overall, the presence of a grocery, hospital, several eateries and sporting complex, makes the infrastructure top notch.

The hostels are clean and well maintained. There are hostel rules and in times with daily attendance. There is an option to choose between AC and non AC, single, double or triple sharing rooms. Basically there is something for everybody based on how much comfort you need from your hostel.
