College worth opting for study

I am a resident of Meghalaya. As I was preparing for my entrance for the course I opted, I went through many portal and got an outstanding overview of my current college EIILM and that is when I decided to join the institution. My offline classes started from February and continued till the end of March just before the lockdown had started. However, without wasting much time, the college successfully managed to start the online classes and it was no different from the offline experiences. Besides academics, it also conducted many online competitions, webinars, skill development prospects for the students which added more to my knowledge. Most importantly, the college provided a good and valuable internship to me and all its students in the midst of lockdown period.

I opted for an MBA because I aspire to be an Entrepreneur. The faculty of EIILM is outstanding. Almost all faculty members are PhD holders. They axel in their concerned subjects. They groom the students for their future challenges right from day one. Besides, every faculty member provides an extra session of doubt clearance for all its students.

The students are given ample choices for their internship. The college provides two internships to their students. Aditya Birla group, Malayala Manorama, Future Generali etc are some of the companies. Stipend depends on the policies of the company. After the internship, the students need to make a project and prepare a presentation in order to bring forth their experiences and learnings.

Many renowned companies like byju's, Tata, Wipro, ITC, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Aditya Birla group and so on start visiting the campus in the midst of 3rd semester. The college provides 100% placements to the students and most importantly it gives ample choices to the students to choose their own company of interest.

The course fee to study under EIILM is 5.45 lakhs which is cheaper compared to their education level. The facilities provided to the students along with the number of internships is worth appreciating. However, it is better to join in the early batch in order to get the maximum facilities provided by the college.

The campus has wifi. It has a good library. It has smart classrooms. It has common rooms. Sports and extra co-curricular activities are appropriate. It provides an exposure to the students who are interested in sports.

Yes, you get the admission on your merit. However, everything depends on your interview. Marks are not a concern here. Personality and dedication are all that the college is looking for the college never judges its students on the basis of their marks secured.
