My overall Experience in my college

Good ambiance, student-friendly, academic quality, campus safety, Helpful faculties, Better Placement opportunities, Campus Environment, Grooming, Academic Majors, career opportunities. Faculties are very helpful and the placement department helps a lot to groom and shape students career. Numerous grooming sessions take place from the very early stage so that a candidate is ready to face the placement challenges.

MBA is needed for shaping a candidate career Being an MBA is the first step towards the fulfilment of dreams. EIILM has a student-friendly relationship. A college professor of EIILM is much more than just a teacher. In addition to instilling valuable skills, they trained students for better career and also as future mentors. It is hard to judge faculty members without actually taking their classes. Faculties are well qualified and also take care of student faculties ratio. They emphasise more on practical classes rather than bookish knowledge that helps students to look beyond their achievements. Exams were timely scheduled. It was altogether a different experience for the first two semesters but due to pandemic the situation had become tough but thanks to our faculties who helped us to overcome our obstacles and pass smoothly in the last two semesters.

Many companies came for an internship like ITC, HDFC, ICICI, BAJAJ FINANCE, PANTALOONS, AMUL, and many more. As I was in HDFC Bank doing internship my project was to promote the digital products of HDFC Bank which helped me a lot. As currently, I am working in the ame bank more focus is given on digital products and moreover due to covid situation as the world is now fully digitalized it has helped me to grow in my carrer.

Students are eligible for campus placement from the very beginning of the second semester. More than 40 companies visited. Highest package differs for various years. For my year the highest Package offered was 10Lkh by Biju's. 100% placements of the students are taken care of by the placement department. I am very grateful to the placement department as my plans after being an MBA was to opt for a bank. Due to the tremendous guidance of my faculties and placement, I was able to get a internship in HDFC Bank and from ther I got a PPO with a good amount of package.

The fees were reasonable compared to the other. B-Schools and the prevailing situations all over the world. The Campus Recruitment helped me to secure a job in HDFC Bank which was highly satisfactory. The facilities and the placement department helped me to groom and prepared me for the interview. Numerous G.D. classes, P.I. rounds and more importantly logical reasoning classes were taken by the facilities and also from the members of the placement department to groom the students to crack the interview. Due to which I was able to get Pre Placement Offer from HDFC Bank.

Apart from studies many cultural programmes also take place which helps students to build a bond among themselves. Freshers Party "Suswagatam" takes place where all the bonds between the seniors and the juniors. Many sports events such as cricket, football, judo and many other team building events take place. Apart from this creative wring, JAM and many more co-curricular activities take place. There are many clubs available too like a dance club, innovative club, chess club, sports club and many more. Many events such as Freshers party, cultural events like Saraswat puja, teacher's day, Independence day and many more events take place side by side to enhance the leadership qualities and team building quality of a candidate.

I had to face a P.I. round which is based on current events and the overall situation the world is facing. As I was from commerce background many questions were asked related to Economics, World economics and many more.
