Not at all. The College beyond the best among all colleges in the small district of Karimganj. I am proud to be an alumni of Karimganj College.

There's no such admission test. Helpful teaching staffs and ex-students encouraged me to take admission.

5 star off course. The college is affiliated to Assam University Silchar and the course structure is designed by them, contemporary enough to compete with any graduating college of India under Three years degree course pattern. Having major will attract additional subjects in any stream and those at par with standards.

No such facilities available as of now, but may be in future. The college is much into traditional courses of social sciences including science and commerce.

The time I graduated, there was no such facilities. In fact being a traditional college of Arts, Science and Commerce one can not expect a campus placement facility. But as the time demands now, the college should start vocational and technical courses which would attract companies for campus recruitment.

College starts with a Bang Bang Fresher's Welcome Program. This usually lasts for a day and two. It's organized by the Students Union under the patronage of dedicated lecturers. Then there's annual festival which also shows the publicity of College literature magazine.

Very feasible and not expensive at all. Total Annual fees per year would be just few thousand. Science and Commerce will incur little more fees than Arts program. Actually this is a government college hence fees are just symbolic and very less. Junior classes like Higher Secondary will have half the fees of degree courses.

Don't know such but there are scholarship for poor meritorious students. Also there's many government scholarship which could be availed from University websites.

Campus life and alive and awesome. There's a Union to help you with anything. Very polite seniors with 100℅ rigging free environment. All class and culture has got its place among the students. Male female ratio is like 50-50. No biased situation was ever encountered by at least me.

What a beautiful landscape hostel. About 100 rooms with double occupancy mainly devoted for outstation students. There is a big lace-like pond in front of the hostel which is good for swimming. There both veg and non veg foods. Awesome local cuisine and delicacies which is worth the taste.

From Day One, my senior students accepted us like family members. They will be always ready for any personal or academic assistance.

Good college with yearly exam pattern along with half yearly unit tests were part and parcel of course. But as the University has changed all the Graduation Degrees have become semester wise. One year will have two semesters making total 6 semester in 3 years course.

Simply collected the Prospectus, filled out the form and my number was on the selection list which was purely on the basis of merit. Well, there was a cut off mark which I do not remember but as long as the students have more than 60 percent marks in his Senior Secondary classes chances are there for admission.

Best among all the teachers I have met in my study life. Every subject has a dedicated department with an HOD. They will ascertain every aspect starting from attendance, completion of course and curriculum, project works, extra curricular activities.
