Remarks
During my upsee-2020 counselling, I was allotted this college I very 1st round. I want to study from Lucknow so I choose SRMCEM as it is the best private college in Lucknow in terms of academics. There are few bad aspects also in this college like small campus size, strict attendance rules etc but there are many good aspects like experienced faculty, the best atmosphere for CSE students as the seniors are very helping and they guide us in many ways, there are many student-driven clubs which we can join to follow our passion and to refresh our mind. There are 3 fest abhivyati, gantvya and spardha in which all the clubs perform and win prizes.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculties are very helpful and supportive. Faculty to student ratio is 1:30. All the faculty have an MTech degree and some of them are PhDs. Terms exam were held timely and due to our faculties dedication in teaching it was very easy to pass.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester student become eligible for campus placements and companies start to visit campus in 8th semester. This year total of 100 companies visited the campus and several students were offered more than 1 offer. Average placement package is 4-5 lac per annum. In cse branch, 98% of students were placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure is not very high and due to pandemic, there was no fee hike. There are merit scholarship provided in which scholarship is provided on basis of your score in semester examination and one can also apply for a national scholarship or upstate government scholarship if your family income is very low.
Campus Life
The annual fest our college is Abhivayti, tech fest - Gantvya and sports fest - spardha are conducted every year. There are tons of book and journal in the library with which you can hang out in your free time. All basic amenities are available in the classroom. There is a huge playground in which you can do play various types of sports and there are many social groups and clubs in which you can participate to refresh your mind.
