MY MBA EXPERIENCE

I joined Globsyn Business School in 2019. It is a wonderful learning experience throughout these two years. Our school conducted a four-day induction programme, young manager programme and foundation classes every year for their new students to make themselves familiar with the school norms and culture and to learn about the various subjects which would be there in the curriculum. It gives the student a holistic view of how the two years journey would be carried forward. The school gives a guaranteed placement through the CRP team who always conduct many grooming sessions, corporate and industry connect for the development of the students. The school extends the summer internship opportunity for 8 weeks every year which is an integral part of the curriculum. The teachers are also very helpful in clearing doubts and clarifications. The students have the opportunity to participate in the beyond education activities which help them to interact with people. It is a learning exp always.

PGDM helped me to develop my leadership and people management skills. Teachers are always very helpful. We can get back to them at any time to clear our doubts. It is a 4-semester course and enough guidance are provided by the faculty members to do a good result.

I did my summer internship from Alma Mater Biz Solutions Pvt. Ltd. where I did a financial analysis on the hotel industry. This is a brand consulting company which helps many potential brands for curating brand growth.

From 3rd-semester campus, placements started. This year it commenced from September. A large no of students already placed. The company which came till now this year is Ernst & Young GDS, Airtel, My gate, XL DYNAMICS, ICICI BANK, Berger Paints etc.

The fee is feasible for anyone to do the course. Financial assistance is provided from the institute. They have tied up with many nationalised and private sector banks. There is a 100% placement guarantee from the campus jobs. For finance people Big 4 companies like EY, PWC SDC came every year to hire students.

There are many campus programmes which are conducted throughout the year and this we called it as beyond education activities like independence day celebration, Christmas day celebration, Sarang, ananda Utsav and the most important which we called it as live project i.e. Serendipity. These programmes always gave a learning insight to the students by participating in this.

CAT, MAT is needed to join the PGDM course. The student has to appear in the GAT i.e. GLOBSYN ADMISSION TEST followed by a group discussion and PI. I prepared from various journals and through the net for these rounds. Students should have knowledge about current affairs.
