Remarks

This college has a good Brand name as well as provides the students the better ROI for placements point of view. The admission process is quite smooth and the staff is very helpful. This college has really good guest faculties and courses.

Course Curriculum Overview

MBA is useful for the overall development and for better opportunities to cater to the experiences. The student ratio is apt and faculties are quite interactive and helpful, They have trimester systems, and the process is quite smooth, the exams arent that difficult but they provide quite real-life scenarios.

Course Fees: INR 675000 per year

Internships Opportunities

College provides good companies onboard so that students can apply and giving aptitudes for the same and students can apply from outside too. I got a paid internship in - FORD MOTORS, faculties are really helpful and they will help you till the end go complete the projects

Placement Experience

From 5 trimester the placements process gets started. The company started visiting the campus as well as we have options for pool campuses. Highest goes-29 LPA Lowest goes- 4 LPA Average-6 lpa I got placed with Godrej and Boyce

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are not so much as compared to another college as they are providing a good ROI For the same. They have options for installments and even after semesters. The internship I got from the college- FORD motors and the company i got placed is - GODREJ AND BOYCE.

Campus Life

They have various cultural festivals and tech fest. They have different houses like - marketing house, HR HOUSE, FINANCE CLUB AND many more, The library has all the books available The classroom is fully equipped with AC, smartboards, etc

Interview Experience

The GD questions are really based on the current time scenarios and the hot topics to check how to update the students are. There are different admissions processes like management quotas and entrance exams, I watched youtube videos and news so that I can able to put my Front foot forward always

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

Good opportunity in JIMS

I applied for Rajagiri in Kerala and got into it, then was waiting for MHCET but the results kept on getting delayed, then I also got into JIMS, BIMTECH as well but due to budgetary issues and placements the best option was JIMS. I wanted to get into symbiosis but my Snap score wasn't that great. NMAT also my marks were good but not that good for taking admissions in top 3 colleges of narsee munji. The admission process of JIMS is very simple, you just have to apply through their website and pay the application fees, then you will get the mail for documents such as 10th, 12th marksheet, CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/SNAP (whichever is applicable), graduation certificate/degree, work experience certificate(in case), copy of application form and admit card for Campus tour, GD, PI process which happens on 1 day. For those living in Delhi and NCR can go and visit the campus for these process , and for those outside of DELHI NCR can give the process online. Within 2-3 days you will get the mail for the results. Then after few weeks you will have to pay 1st installment fees to secure you seat in that course....Read More

I got admission to 2 colleges IITM Janakpuri and Jims Rohini, and I opted for Jims because of the ranking + placement records, and more profound environment like it's known for PGDM so that alumnus is also very good. Which we can reach out to in future for professional guidance. I didn't get rejected as I only applied for 3-5 but 3 in which I didn't get admit is because their cutoff of IPUCET is 600-700 and my score is 1005.
