Remarks

The best aspect from my side is an infrastructure with the best laboratory equipment of university and also you get the best teaching staff with highly knowledgeable professors. And also the university has the best latest equipment for practical which we need most at the master level. When we are in the master's program we find some opportunities to achieve our job which the university is full fill by giving an internship every semester. Professor of every subject are well qualified and some of them also get ph.d from IITs.The exam is not that type of hard and not easy as well.

Every student at GFSC University get opportunities for an internship every semester. You can also get an internship is well-named companies. After completing the internship you make a report on the internship every semester.

Placement Experience

Last year students are eligible for placements. There are many companies in placements for pharma GSFC which is for fertilizer others are Alembic, Lactose, Prakash chemicals. which is for chemical engineers. And other companies like MRF, Atul, Byju's any many more like them.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of the M.sc(chemistry) programme is roughly about 81000 per year for both analytical chemistry and organic chemistry. University has some scholarships for some categories like SC and ST. But there is no for UR/OPEN category.

Campus Life

Campus life at university is good. University has the best infrastructure with fire safety policies according to government. The GSFC University library is equipped with wi-fi connectivity. And the library opens till 12AM.

Hostel Facilities

GSFC University has a hostel for both boys and girls on the university campus. The hostel rooms attach with a study table, bed, and chair for each student. And also you get wi-fi connectivity at the hostel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all included in hostel fees.

Interview Experience

When starting the admission process you need to pay 500/- for the application fee after that university conducts an Objective type exam and then you further go for an interview. The topics of written test, as well as an interview, is some basic topic of chemistry which you also studied at your graduation level.

Placement Experience:

In the second year of the MSc, many adtech companies come to the campus to hire students. In 2025, 95% students are placed who are interested in the placement of MSc Mathematics. One of my batchmates got an INR 48 LPA package at the Tech company Accenture Japan. And the average Package is an INR 17 LPA.

Placement Experience:

Maybe after completions of their respective course they have enrolled and can have a campus placement ,I have visited in one company which was odoo there they have shown us how the work is performed and also visited an IT and Cyber security university and 70%percent of student are getting placement.

The placement cell of our campus is very active with proving prior practise session and meetings. It goes on two phase ,one in semester 1 and another in semester 2. The ratio of Btech getting placed is higher than other departments.

Awesome hostels, Supportive Faculty, Modern Infrastructure, Moderate Placements, and Quality Mess Food

Placement Experience:

From our senior batch, 6 to 7 students out of a batch of 30 got placements in ed -tech companies, with one in he IT sector and one in Axtiria. Companies that visit for mathematrics students includes SmartSense consulting pvt. ltd., Axtiria pvt. ltd., Deodhar Classes, Acenture Japan ltd., Future First, Pheonix Institute, eClerx, TCS, Narayana Group, Allen Career Institute, Physics Wallah, and Chaitanya Academy. The highest package offered is 14 lacs in IT company. Overall, placement was good as many of our seniors go for PhD. But it is lesser than old IITs
