I appeared in UPSEE Exam 2010,got a Rank below 20000, and easily got the option in counseling. There were 6 choices I made according to my preferences and I got admission here and the 4 years of my college were a blend of fun, friends, academics, skill enhancement, and I got a great placement in HCL , but efforts are required from our end.

GNIOT is one of the best colleges in Noida NCR. No doubt it follows the curriculum of UPTU. Attendance is must, and faculties are good and it has a great library. I put little efforts and got 72 % and I am quite happy at the end. I got a job too after a bit struggle, I have been working since 2 years now and now also I get mails for placement from my college.

The college arranges the internship but they don't pay any stipend. They arrange sessions, workshops, seminars and what all they can but the industrial training, you have to get your efforts in as nothing comes to you on its own.

I got multiple placement mails. There is a placement cell which helps you out to get placed. They allow you to appear in AMCAT and elitmus which are placement portals for fresher. AMCAT is great platform and me and all my friends got placed through AMCAT.

Yes we availed scholarship on basis of merit. I was not the topper so I never availed that. And rest UPTU provides scholarship to financially weak students. So that's also a nice part.

The campus is just awesome. The gender ratio, I would say 30 % girls and rest 70% boys. There are NGOs and societies formed by students and hell lot of social , technical, sports activities. I remember we had technical fest in which there were technical competitions like Robotics, Techno fest etc etc. We had social and cultural fests too. There was no shortage of enjoyment and grooming in case of extra curricular activities.

The Exam structure is as per the norms of UPTU. No chances in the EXAM pattern or structure. There were labs twice or thrice a week . Everything was chilled out of you have urge to learn. I wont say it hectic at all. You have to put efforts to get qualified and get a good placement so its on you how you take it.

The faculty of the college is good, exceptions are always there. Luckily, I had a great time with my faculties, I am still in touch with them. They will help you in in academics as well as help you grow as a person. Awesome experience with the faculties if you are a good and little mischievous student.
