Good College

I chose this college because, after thorough research about Computer science and its fields in the modern and evolving world of technology, I believed in the CSE Head of Department which inspired and motivated me to opt this course and assured me that this particular field will never die, it will keep on evolving for generations. The admission process was easy. They charged 5000rs for the University fees (JNTUH fees) and the rest was normal college fees that are 35k. The secondary reason for selecting this college is that I actually love playing football and cricket, it had a huge ground for playing. The college also had a team for participating in the inter-college tournaments, where I was the Captain of my Football team in my final year. Every college or university has its pros and cons, so in this college, there aren't too many cons nor too fewer pros. For me this college was great. If a student behaves and respects properly in college then he/she may expect good marks in their internals.

The course is divided into 8 semesters of 4 years. That is per year 2 semesters. This college is affiliated to JNTUH which follows credit system rule. At my time, the JNTUH shared the regulation for the year 2016 which is called as R16 regulation. So according to the regulation, the student should acquire credits for promotion to next year. The faculty was strict in the first year because we students were a bit too calm for studies. But they moulded us in a way where we could handle the worldly scenarios as well as the technological assets. Most of the faculty were Mtech degree holders with more than 3-year experience and our HOD a PhD Mtech degree holder. Every faculty had their own way of teaching. Sometimes in the classroom or in the computer lab or in the Workshop. The internal exams are held in the college itself. The duration of the exam is 1hr 30mins. The external exam were held in another college ie., Exam centres. The duration of the exam is 3hrs.

Due to the Pandemic situation, we students batch of 2016-2020 couldn't place any on-campus jobs or off-campus jobs. Nevertheless, right after my degree gets issued. I will apply for big MNCs in Hyderabad.

The college fees were 35000 at my time ie., in 2016. The fees might increase depending upon the course and attendance of the students in the college opting for the same course. I got a scholarship through writing the EAMCET exam. I qualified for the exam and secured a rank. Then I decided this college for my further studies. Due to the pandemic hit in 2020, we didn't get any internship or job on campus.

Life in the campus is always great because we get freedom for at least 1hour from our whole day which we call it as Recess or Lunchtime. The campus is surrounded with greenery and there are many playgrounds divided based upon students interest. Namely, Basketball court, Volleyball court, Cricket ground and a Garden for students to feel refreshed. We have Physical Education Coach who trains us for different types of sport. We have also participated in multiple Inter College Sports Tournaments.
