Best in class Institution

N.B.K.R.I.S.T it is one of the best and named Autonomous colleges which was Affiliated to JNTUA in Andhra Pradesh. And it is the only Autonomous college near to my home with best on class Laboratories and with the biggest workshop, I had ever seen. This institute has every facility for an engineering aspirant should have. Moreover, I also have the biggest library with a collection of more than 10 lakhs books. N.B.K.R has best in class faculty who are well trained in their fields. They not only teach subjects but also encourages the students to participate in other activities too. This college also contains different students maintained clubs, where students can share their knowledge with their fellow students or seniors. N.B.K.R is providing courses for 7 branches like CSE, ECE, Mechanical, Civil, IT, EEE and AI. The admission criteria are 80% of seats were filled using APEMCET and the rest 20% with Management quote. ECE, EEE and CSE are the top courses.

I choose ECE as I am very much interested in knowing how a message or over voice reaches another person. According to me, this institute provided me with the path to know or to reach my goal. Faculty to Students ratio is 1:60 or 1:65 it depends on the branch we chose and the lateral entry candidates. Apart from that for every 10 students their well be a faculty arranged to guided them though out the semester. As the institution is Autonomous it has its own guidelines and Examination pattern and evaluation criteria. But, the institution follows the Government designed syllabus to teach. Most of the faculty are MTech and PhD qualified. They always keep them self up-to-date with the subject and informs the students about that too. The institution also conducts many teacher training programs every year for better teaching habits. The institution follows semester pattern with 2 semesters per year each semester will conduct 4-5 months with 2 midterms and one final exam. Passing exam is not difficult.

College didn't provide any internship for ECE students, but the college encourages the off-campus internships by tieing up with some Famous internship providers like Internshala etc. The stipend will depend on the type of internship you have chosen from 0-10,000.

Students of 4-1 semester and above are eligible for campus placements. A special training facility was alloted for the students to train and prepare the students for placements. 50+ Famous companies like TCS, Cognizant, HCL, Hyundai etc., Visits the campus every year with more than 100 job offers each. The highest package offered for qualified students is 8 lakhs per annum and the average package is around 3-5 lakhs per annum. Almost 80% of the students will be placed in campus placements every year. My plan after the degree is to place in one of the best companies and want to try my luck in government jobs.

The Tution fee for the course is 93,200/- per year in addition to that, we need to pay 1800/- of building fee every year. And for every semester i.e., 2times per year students need to pay 1200/- Examination fee. As this college also provides hostel facility extra of 60,000/- to be paid to stay in the hostel. College also provides buses to all major places in Nellore district we have to pay 5,000-20,000 depending on the distance. But, in the year 2020 a new fees structure was announced with Tution fees of 73,200/- and the other charges unchanged. This college is recognised by the government of AP so the full fees. Reimbursement was available for students. The stipend offered in this college is around 1-10 lakhs per annum.

Every month there will be some courses related fest conducted by the students named Mexodia, Axion etc., And at the end of the year at March or April, the biggest event named ESTRATICA will be conducted by all branch students together. This is the best place and time for students to show their hidden talents. The college contains the biggest library in the district with more than 1,00,000 different types of books and journals. The college contains all types of sports opportunities with good trainers. College also organises different sports events to encourage active students. The college contains big Sports area with GYM facility as well. There are more than 10 students organised clubs like Language, Music, etc., And there are may social group like IEEE, IETE etc. Students have all opportunities to interact with their fellow students and seniors. Campus Life will be wonderful if we use all the opportunities without fail.
