Remarks

I chose this college to attend because of the different courses. The admission process was through Anna University counseling. And I would prefer everyone to join this college because of its high reputation and best in career guidance. The only annoying thing was the college campus is too small compared to any other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because of its uniqueness. The faculty ratio will be 1:20. Every faculty has done Ph.D. minimum MSC or ME, but they have huge knowledge about polymers and guiding the students on the right path. The teaching method was new where faculty allow us to teach some topics to our own to encourage. And to increase the interest. The semester exam will happen twice a year and will be easy when you learn daily for at least 40 minutes.

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Arun Excello, reliance, and any plastic companies based on students' interest. Our project was about an injection molding Machine on Arun Excello which was around 7 days. And any companies outside Chennai was too allowed

Placement Experience

7th semester will be there students become eligible for campus placement. Reliance, king, dow, Arun Excello, automobile companies, and much more plastic related companies will occur on placement. The highest will 6 lakhs per annum Lower will be 2 lakhs per annum. Every student will be placed. My plans after the degree are to do a master degree

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure for BTech and be students was around 65 thousand a year. There will be at least 3 scholarships available based on your parent's annual income. Financial assistance will be offered if you have any trouble.

Campus Life

Tech fest will happen in October or November where every other college student participating. Books in a library maybe 1000 + and will be enough books related to your syllabus. Sports in the college will be less because the campus is too small and the ground is much smaller. The rotary club will happen and no other social clubs ever happened

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

My safe place

I believe that our college give a best placement ever because it is a Central institute college and of course, we can easily enter into the government jobs and they literally provide good placements with a good salary and the average salary in our college will be like 4 to 5 lakhs and also we have internship facilities. In our own colleges, we know need to roam around the city for internship. And we also have ARC TS the programme which is a big building where I experiments and testing will be happening and we can lively see how the plastics are being manufactured produced being moulded and being served as a final product also from the. Scars to the end, we can see everything. Practical view is the most sensitive view. We can easily grab our knowledge with and why I got rejectionaries because of the cut off maths which I got I bought only 149, which was not sufficient for me to go into Anna University. My first college was Anna University and the same college was also announced later technology. Third was my college, a manufacturing engineering and the fort was my course plastic technology. The first 3 was rejected because of my cut off marks. But then I don't care about that because now I am getting placed in a good college and I'm going to be playing placed good in my career also....Read More
