Remarks
Sai Vidya Institute Of Technolgy(SVIT) was the only college which I wanted to get into after my boards. My own lecturers from PU and relatives referred this college to me. SVIT bascially offers standard and quality education and I was looking for the same and I did my research through Quora and Google reviews, I was very clear and confident with my choice and the college did not let me down. I got into the college through the means of CET, the admission process happened systematically.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is BE (CSE), I chose this field because engineering is all about working smart and not hard. SVIT is well known for its faculty members, professors here are all well versed and are totally the best, they are always here for us to help us out. I still remember my first day of college where one of my lecturers asked us to be Rancho from the movie three idiots and not Chathur, am sure this line itself proves that the faculty members here help us to bring out the best in us. My college strictly follows instructions given by VTU, exams, and tests are conducted as per the instructions and we are well trained to take up the exams. The education we re getting here is completely standard and best.
Internships Opportunities
Right now am currently in the third sem, we were all made to attend a webinar conducted by 'Move up', and a few of the students were offered internship and we being trained currently. Both learning and industrial internships are offered.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure here is normal as other colleges, as I got into the college by the means of CET I had to pay around 1 lakh in my first year including the CET fee, we are also provided with required stationery, uniform, and also will be directly enrolled in many courses like NPTEL ,Coursera, membership of IEEE, etc where the extra fee is not demanded. We are here updated with the information about all the scholarship plans available by our respected Principal himself which is truly helpful.
Campus Life
The campus is surrounded by greenery, we have access to Wifi, we are provided with canteen, indoor and outdoor sports stadiumetc, As SVIT believes in the overall development of a student, we are provided with several clubs which includes dance club, sports club, photography club,IOT club, etc The college manages in identifying the talents of every student and the students are completely supported and motivated in every way possible. Two main fests I,e TECHVIDYA(technical fest) SANCHALANA(cultural) are conducted annually in the even and odd sem each.
