The JIMS college is loaded with an experienced faculty and very helping in nature. The college is located near the Rithala metro station which gives the students easy convenience facilities and saves a lot of time travelling. The college admission process is very nicely managed by the college management where a student got selected on the basis of the merit of different exams like Cat, Mat and many others approved by AICTE followed by rounds of group discussion and personal interviews. The college also hosts a variety of course in PGDM as well as in under graduation. The best course which attracts me is PGDM in retail management which allows students to get knowledge of the retail sector also college host webinar for their students to keep them updated.

PGDM in Retail Management is a course to make understand the students about the retail stores and industry how it works. I preferred this course that I like to work with stores and interact with new personalities every day. The faculty is experienced as well as qualified and a lot of experience in industries. We have an effective student-teacher ratio is one teacher on a class of 25-30 students. The teaching techniques used by the college is also good followed by the trimester system and lots of real-time projects and assignment under experienced staff which brings out best from a student.

The fees for the college seems to be a little heavy in the pocket as it ranges up to 7.5 lakhs for the one course for post-graduation and around 5-8 lakhs for the under graduation programs and the hostel charge ranges from 1.5-2 lakh per annum. But the college is also providing some scholarship while taking admission and also the yearly scholarship for the students. The yearly scholarship is based on the grades of the students that they are scoring in their midterms and the scholarship at the time of admission is based on the exams by AICTE scores. Also, the college provides the loan facility and linked up with several banks like SBI and Kotak Mahindra Bank. College host program conducted by the placement committee of the college for placement and internship.

The student lives in college is very good. Students get a chance to celebrate all festival with the JIMS family and various cultural heritage fests organised by the college. The college has its own library with a wide range of books collection. The campus is fully ac and the classrooms are loaded with technology which makes study easy for both teacher and student. College host a variety of games including an indoor stadium for basketball nets for cricket table tennis badminton and some of the indoor games. There are many clubs and social groups like Retail club, Drama club, Literature club, marketing club and many mores.

There is a process designed by the management of the college for admission first a candidate should appear in the exam by AICTE and college entrance exam. After qualifying the exam candidate should face the rounds of gd and personal interviews in gd round the topic are mostly related to the current situation of the country, current affairs GK and on social awareness.
