We dont have any entrance exam .I got in to the college by attending the counselling scored 180 cut off. So, i got electronics and communication group.
Course Curriculum Overview
We are affiliated to Anna university . So it is the Anna university syllabus. We had electives in final year from which we can choose two. The subjects like business ethics are the electives. First year the syllabus is common for all the branches such as mechanical,civil etc. We also have some management paper also in each semester.
Internships Opportunities
No our college doesn't provide any internship. But in final year project we can do project in any small companies and get the stipend there.
Placement Experience
The placement is very good in 2011. We had on campus from many software and hardware industry. We are also taken for off campus by our placement officer.I got placed in off campus conducted in Krishna college. We also had some core company also in our campus interview.
College Events
We have sports day every year with lot of events taking place. Each department have their own symposium every year. Where the students from different college come to attend the event like paper presentation and quiz. Apart from that we have a Annual day with lot of cultural vents and prize distribution.
Fees and Financial Aid
College doesn't provide any loan directly but we can apply for the loan in banks and get some kind of acknowledge letter from the college.
Campus Life
We had 60 students in a class.We have separate lab for each subjects. The new aeronautic course was introduced in our college and we had very good scope for that subject now.We have a very huge ground,foot ball court and volley ball court.We have gym in both girls and boys hostel
Hostel Facilities
We have two types of room. One with 3 members and attached bathroom the other with four members and common bathroom. The hostel was very clean as they clean it daily. We have wifi facility and a gym.
Alumni/Alumna
We have a network in Facebook which connects all the alumni of our college and it is very useful that many people are ready to help others in getting job.
Exam Structure
We have two semester per year. The exam pattern and correction is done by Anna university. Each semester has 6 theoretical subjects and 3 Laboratory .In final year we have only 3 Theoretical subject and then a project. Three to four members can join to complete the project work.
Faculty
We have Head of the department for each department whom we can go and complain about any issue.If anything regarding fees and payment we have to meet our Administrator office .We have many faculty in our department itself. But for some special subject like management papers we have faculty from management department.
