I will suggest if you get admission at ABESEC or AKG go for it else IMSEC would be the second choice.

Remarks

Admission Procedure:- When I and my father went to college they treated us very good and we were offered food also in boys mess which was good, they assisted us in a very good manner, but when I joined and our real classes started then I realized there real face and how they treat students. I am not saying that they beat students or torture them, no they just not assisted me as they did on the time of admission. Conclusion:- It was ok Reason of preferring this college over others: This college has a good image in eyes of the father so he told to take admission and I took. conclusion:- Should I have taken the admission in this college, NO a big NO. Name of the blog: The source who told me to take admission in IMSEC was my father and as a good son, I did that. conclusion:- Shouldn't have taken in this probably ABESEC or AKG were better than this. Good and bad practise: The bad practice is that they didn't give us time to do CP which is base for placement.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

The college faculty is the same as the others. Some are supportive and some not. But yes in the first year we were given good faculty who all were very supportive and helped us so much. After the first year, I just met with a few faculty who were supportive other's just need attendance.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Sometimes companies visit our campus for Interns. If you want an Internship I would say firstly learn a tech stack and then make a few projects then apply on Internshala. I too have done Internship off-campus and my first Internship was as a web developer at Neubrain solution with a stipend of 6K/month for 2 months. But I too got an Internship from on-campus at Deloitte in 7th sem (4th year) with a stipend of 10K/ month for 3 months. It was good as some of my friends got an on-campus Internship for 6K/month.

Placement Experience

2

The on Campus placements were affected by COVID at our time, so not many companies visited our colleges. There were mostly companies which offered 2-4 CTC(not there will be text deductions in your package) and there was a bond of 2 years mostly. I would say that you should prepare yourself in 3rd year for off-campus placements. Start doing CP in 2nd year and then participate in off-campus placements to get a good placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

I would say that the fee is much more according to the college, as I have compared fee of other colleges with it, the college fee is approx 130,000/year and other expenses (college fee only) and the fee of ABESEC is approx 148,000 and compared IMSEC with ABESEC, ABESEC is worth it as their teachers are supportive and in the 3rd year they give time to prepare ourselves for placements in the 4th year and we were just given 10 days in that also there were classes half a day.

Campus Life

3

Books Available: The books available are old and I find only a few books that helped me. The book bank provided is also very old. Name of the annual fest: SPARK It is a tech-fest which is organized in our college. Students from other colleges also come to participate in it and various different projects are showcased. It happens every year in October. Classrooms: the classroom was good, but yeah not as good as of AKG and ABESEC.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.
