Internship opportunities details

The teachers are very experienced and cooperative and as it a mostly a student-run college in terms that with the guidance of our faculty members students are responsible to organise most of the things, this gives a lot of opportunity to students to learn in a particular way. The only thing that we miss is spending more time in College as there is no hostel separately for college, it's the DU hostel that one can avail. We need to give CAT to go through this college and separately fill the college form which comes out around December end or the start of January. We have to go through GD and PI to finally convert. The fee is very less and the placement is better than most of the college, even at par/better than few IIMs. So, why be in dept and then getting any opportunity when a better option is available. Went through College social media handles, pagalguy, etc.

I choose this course as I was interested to learn about how things happen on an international level. I want to pursue my career in this field so, opted for this course. The students in a single batch here are less in comparison to other B-schools. In a single batch, we have 72 students. However, in 2020, the seats increased to 80. The teachers are very qualified and have experience of many years in teaching. The teaching style of every faculty member is different. Some teach by giving us practical work to do, some by showing us examples, some by relating things to real-life situations. In all, every teacher is different and good in their own way. We have semester system and a mid-semester which carries certain marks. It is not much difficult to pass the exam as we are very well taught throughout the session by our teachers.

Many companies come to offer an internship to students. Around 60+ companies visit the college with 80+ profile with some of the regular recruiters which include, kora management, Jaro education, mob cast, Bajaj finance along with the offer to get a PPO. There are also many live projects offered to students between the session to gain experience. Different companies give different projects according to there company requirements.

In the first-year students are eligible for internship and when the students go the second year they become eligible to sit for final placements. Many companies are regular recruiters like, ICICI, HDFC, CITI, WIPRO, AYE FINANCE, TASL, etc are few names. In total there are around 70+companies that visit our college with 100+ offers. The highest package offered to us was 18+lpa and average of the college is 9.5lpa. We have a record of 100% of students getting placed every year. I plan to join the firm opting for my dream company and continue with that in future.

The fee is only 16k for a year i.e. in total we can do our MBA in just 32k. The fee is likely to remain the same in future as well. There are no criteria for a scholarship or financial assistance, but less fee is charged to candidates belonging to certain criteria. The average stipend for summers is 30k/month and we have to do 2 months of internship after our 1 year.

We have Synergy, that is the annual fest held for 2 days in a row where people from different colleges at pan India level participate in competitions held by our college. It is mostly held in the month of February. Other business events include Symposia and Erudition. We have access to Ratan Tata Library which has almost all the books and journals available for the students. The classroom is decent with projector facility for the students to spend there time and learn. We have a sports club that organises different sports event in a year and students also go to other colleges to take part in soprts events conducted by other colleges. There are various cells and committees that are responsible for different events and competitions to be held for the college and on a pan India level as well.

We have to go through Group Discussion and Interview to finally convert the college. In GD we can get various topics related to international news, related to graduation subjects, random topics, etc. In an interview, we get questions like why this college, etc. Criteria are only that must give CAT exam and qualify as per the cut-off of the college. There are different cut-offa for candidates who belong to different criteria. I just went through recent news and got more clarity about ownself such as what I want to do in future, took a look at my graduation syllabus to recall everything, etc.
