Since I had an 18-month workex as a Hadoop admin in cognizant had interested in the field of big data. I realize that I would be doing good in the field of business analytics and Doing MBA from SCMHRD is always a good option for me. My college senior is also perusing the MBA from the same college in the 2nd year discuss the same to her she told me the college is good and the average placement for BA is above 15 LPA.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good in the 1st sem we have lots of subjects to cover all the basic in every field. Apart from the subject course, we have to submit lots of assignment which are individual as well as group. I personally find that this practice will push our time management.
Internships Opportunities
Internship process for this year is too long due to the covid. Till know around 30% is placement. Remaining 70% is still remaining. Around 30 company visits the campus every year as per the record.
Placement Experience
The last year placement for BA is around 15LPA .out of 45 students 43 very placed from the college. There are around 45 company visited our campus. A company like Vodafone, Cisco, reliance, etc around 30% got the PPO from the internship program.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for BA in SCMHRD is lower than the core. Investing 17LPA is found me the worst to the college. The fees structure will remain the same for 2 years as they mention below the admission only the hostel fees can vary for 10%. Since due to covid the class are online so they had to return the hostel amount also.
Campus Life
Due to covid, we haven't visited the campus yet. From the senior, we know that the campus is good and hotel facilities are average. The only problem is that they don't provide parking facility to the student.
Hostel Facilities
Due to covid, we haven't visited the hostel yet. From senior, we got to know that the hostel facility is average. The food is not so good. And there is no place for parking bike. And after 10 o'clock the hostel gate will be closed.
Interview Experience
The admission process is very smooth as they had many slots so the student in a day is around 100. They had divided into the groups first we have to verify over documents, in case we had missed some documents they the provided the printout facility also. 1st we have some a 60min aptitude test then the GD and PI. GD is around 45 min and PI is vary person to person.
