The reality of anurag university.

I preferred this college because of its high record of placements with the decent package, highly experienced faculty, and the infrastructure. It has become university this year means they can change the syllabus according to the current industry requirements which is another plus point for me to choose this college over other colleges which are affiliated to JNTU or OU. To get admission into this college you need to clear ts eamcet or jee mains or even by anuragcet exam which is conducted by college itself.

Here, it offers 14 undergraduates,13 postgraduate and 9 doctoral programs in engineering, pharmacy and management and my course in computer science which has a maximum number of placements in top MNC'S and there also various technical clubs and training programs in soft skills which enhances the employability of students by the time they graduate. Also, faculty here are very supportive and engage with students by focusing on project based learning.

In Anurag university students get placed from third year itself. It has consistently placed students at some of the biggest names in the industry and it has also collaborated with various institutions for research and development projects. In 2018 we have 850+ students placed In 2019 we have 900+ students placed and in 2020 we have 1000+ students placed. The highest salary package is 7 lacs per annum and the average package is 4.1 lacs per annum. Some of the companies which visited our college are amazon, tcs, infosys, accenture, microsoft, cognizant, etc.

So, as I am a first year student I don't know much about it but here the fees is reasonable compared to other university's. If a student comes through ts eamcet or jee mains then the fees is 125000 and if he clears the anuragcet exam which is conducted by the college itself then it is 250000 and I have not come across any scholarship or financial assistance.

Anurag university is spread over 55 acres of land. Smart classrooms are equipped with state of the art technology that include wifi, AV equipment and lecture capture technology and also every department has an auditorium and seminar hall equipped. Libraries are equipped with thousands of volumes of books, journals to accommodate collaborative research and study spaces. We have vast play fields of international standard for all outdoor games like cricket, basketball,etc and indoor stadium to facilitate all indoor games.
