Admission starts immediately after the class 12 result declaration. You have to fill an online form from the online portal and pay the fee amounting to Rs 1100. After that you have to visit the college with proper documentation to appear for a written test and interview then after the result declaration, you will get admission. The reason for preferring this college is the student-faculty ratio. I used college dunia and Shiksha reviews while selecting the college.

I had chosen this course because I want to make a career in the finance sector and have an interest in taxation. Also, this course of Amity contains industry oriented syllabus and subjects. The college has a very good faculty-student ratio and faculty focuses on each and every student. All faculties are highly qualified and have vast experience of teaching. The teaching method is also very good as for every topic faculty explains with a proper practical example, powerpoint presentations and industry visit. Terms exams are conducted at the end of every semester and the difficulty level is average neither too difficult nor very easy.

The internship offered by various companies through the placement cell of the college. They can offer you the role of sales executive and junior finance executive in the period of internship and after successful completion, they can also offer you a Pre Placement offers based on your performance during the internship. After the completion of the internship, you have to make a project file on the topic which was given to you by your industry mentor and submit it to the company as well as the college for verification and viva.

Students after the 4th semester are eligible for campus placements. HDFC Bank, AXIS bank, Jaro Education, Byjus, Swastika Broking, Delloite, Genpact, etc are companies that are permanent recruiters with an average package of 3.3 Lacs. The highest package offered is 19 lacs. Upto 100% are there in Amity.

The overall cost to study is 360000 and payable in 6 easy installments. College also offers EMI facility through gray quest which is a third party finance company. There was no fee hike in college since 2015 also college doesn't take any hidden charges because all the rules are very transparent. I also got an internship in Invetosure Pvt Ltd and Ebaco India Ltd through college and learned the core of finance.

Many fests are also conducted by the college with faculty and students collaboration including new year, Christmas, Ganesh Chaturthi, etc. Many educational fests are also conducted like debate competition, share market competition, ad mad show, etc. Exhibitions and food fests are also conducted from time to time. Classrooms are well equipped with Air Conditioners and a smart board facility. Sports including cricket, football, table tennis, etc are also conducted. College also runs many clubs including IT club, Finance club, Marketing club, and HR club. Besides this, there is also a cultural club, a sports club run by students. All the students have their separate portal login id and password through which they can pay fees, trach attendance record, examination schedule, results, and e-library where more than 1M books are available. College also has an e-library as well as an offline library.

You have to face an interview and written test to qualify the admission criteria. The written exam and interview contain topics related to English grammar, essay writing, and general knowledge. In the interview, the faculty only wants to know the overall previous knowledge and ability to capture the new things. You don't have to prepare for the test and interview as you already studied grammar and GK in your previous school.
