About my college

I choose Techno India University, Kolkata as it gives an opportunity to have BBA(Hons) which means we will get the opportunity to study Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management all at a time which is a bigger field area than a General course. And also you get to learn any of the foreign languages either French or German. If you are from a commerce or humanities background you don't have to sit for entrance else if science you may have to give entrance which they will not conduct at all.

I chose Techno India University, Kolkata, as it offers BBA(Hons) but bot BBA(General), here BBA(Hons) gives a wide perspective of education where students have to study all the three segments that are marketing, finance, human resource management. In fact here internships and campusing are best than other colleges as compared, even workshops, fest, cultural activities are at its's best. The faculty here is well polished, free and frank with a kind gesture, and help students with any problems or query they have. Teachers are all doctorate in their respective courses they are giving lessons, and will surely get extra classes for revision and doubt clearing before any exams. Term exams are not that difficult if a student studies what will be asked properly but not copy-paste basis to be honest, and it will be a period of 6 months.

Many MNC or banks offer internships and stipend is 2,000-5,000 depending on results and yes you will have a lot of projects and assignments and 50 marks out of 100 consists of the project only where you will get many options in the topic segment and group will be made as per university basis without any background of yours and duration will be of 6 months where after first 3 months you need to show the board for a review and project done.

From, the 5th semester you will get an internship till the 6th semester and it is a must, they will be giving internships offer so don't worry about that searching. And all the MNC's and Corporate sectors be it small or big will be coming starting from TCS to the mediocre level corporates. 100% of jobs are offered as all the student does exceptionally well and the highest package here after completing BBA(Hons) is 10-12 lakhs per annum. But if you are financially weaker my suggestion will be doing BBA(Hons), as after campusing you will get the job and may move to other states, then you can do MBA from that respective state or area in distant. As I'll be doing the same.

You may admission online but then for booking seats after the interview it will be Rs 20,000 and overall the first semester of BBA(Hons) is Rs65,000 and the rest five-semesters is Rs 55,000. Which in total will be Rs 3.4 lakh. And library books will be provided along with sets of uniform, which only exam time you need to wear, a bag to identify which semester student. The scholarship is Bharat Ratna Sri Pranab Mukherjee Merit Scholarship, even you can go through Kota if you want, and the stipend varies about the result you get be it an internship or campusing.

Campus life is undoubtedly incredible, here you get a unique experience. Can join a huge range of clubs, make new friends group from diverse backgrounds, share experiences, and cherish the moments. There are numerous clubs be it cricket, football, music, dance, quiz, debating society, swimming pool, tech clubs with workshops, events, fest, competition and are made accessible to the general public too. The library has all the stock of books, if you need one and don't get one the next day or the other you will get what you are finding. The classroom is very spacious and will find it very comfortable to study. Here the university has 4 football size fields and the opposite has a park where we can sit and enjoy or chill or take a break.

Personal Interview will be taken as it's a must for them, there's no group discussion if u get that type of call then it's fraud and doesn't pay. In the interview wearing formal is a must and take it easy as they won't make it hard for you as most of the students get nervous by hearing. After the interview, they will call you whether you are selected or not, then admission will take place. I made myself easy by remembering my topics of class 12, but they didn't ask me anything in fact asking me about my journey in school but asked another friend of mine about some topics of class 12. So be ready for both ways.
