Enough offers

Firstly I am interested in doing PGDM in B-school so I got suggested that VJIM is one among the top B-school in Hyderabad. I took MAT Exam and I got results. We need to check the college website for admission notification then, the admission process in our college is like we need to apply online or offline by paying 1000rs by providing some details. Then we will get a mail to write aptitude test we can write the exam online or offline by going to college. And then they normally do a telephonic interview. One of our professors will take this. Which is a very formal interview. By 2-3 days, you will get a mail offering for admission and even admission offer letter by post. We need to pay 50,000 for confirmation of seat. For our batch, the College fee is 7.5 L. I checked the review and ratings online while joining.

PGDM is very practical learning way more than an MBA. The faculty ratio is like 15 students for 1 faculty. Mostly all faculty are PhD holders, they are very friendly they will be with us till the end to help us guide us to motivate us. The teaching method is very interactive with live examples, case studies and discussions. 60% marks are for mid-term, attendance, term paper, assignments. 40% are for end term exams. The questions are fully application based. Learn the concepts and you can do well.

We will get internship offers from companies during February. The stipend will be depending on the company. The companies like ICICI offers finance roles and Deloitte is Us tax internships. Deloitte gives 25,000 per month during the internship.

During the second semester, we will get internship offers we need to apply and give our test and gd and interview. If we got selected we can do our 2 months internship and they will even give pre placement offers. The companies like Berger paints, FactSet, ICICI Bank, Deloitte and ITC and global research centre and Naukri.com. The minimum percentage of the student to get placement.

For our batch, the fee is 7.5 lacs for 2 years. I fee might increase a little bit for next coming batches. The hostel fee is separate. That costs around 1,10,000 for one year. We can take education loans from banks. The scholarship is like college will give a 50% fee reduction for next semester if they are among the top 4 toppers in the semester. We get internship offers from different companies like ICICI Bank and Deloitte and many more. For some companies, they will give stipend but for some, they don't. It depends on the company.

After getting admission we will be having a one-month orientation program with fun activities and webinars. We will have a treasure hunt activity. we will have a freshers party. We will have a chrysalis event in February which is the annual fest of VJIM. The library is filled with books we can get many books we even have e-library this year due to covid. Sports fest is also conducted. Classrooms are a/c with 40 students per class. We have many clubs and committees in our college like PR Committee, Toastmasters club, Social outreach club, Alumni Committee.

We need to have 50% of our degree to get admission in vjim. I wrote the aptitude test and then attended the telephonic interview. The questions in aptitude are medium to hard. And in an interview one of the faculty asked some formal questions like self introduction, achievements, why did you choose vjim. why PGDM. The process will be smooth and clear.
