Nikhil's Review On ITM Business School Kharghar - [ITM], Navi Mumbai

I wanted to move to a different city after Chennai. So Delhi & Mumbai were my target cities. As per my exam scores & interviews, I got selected in ITM business school. Also one of my elder cousins completed her MBA from ITM. The admission procedure is smooth & fast. The faculty & overall program course focuses on holistic exposure of students to not just academics but also professional growth. The 6-month industry internship offered by them is a huge take away as most colleges offer only 2months of the internship.

As mentioned earlier faculty & program course is designed not only towards academics but as well as professional growth. Very good faculty & visiting faculty were also great! Offers both online & offline exams during the curriculum.

I got an opportunity to work with the Godrej properties product development team for a duration of six months. It was a paid internship & learning was very good. Overall lot of established companies, as well as startups, visit the campus for internships. Every student gets a fair opportunity to enroll in internships.

After the second sem, we used to get an intership opportunity for 6 months. After that starting from the third sem, companies used to come for placements. More than 100 companies visited with avg package ranging from 3.5-5.5LPA. The placement team is hardworking & put all the efforts towards making sure that every student gets placed before course completion.

My fee was around 9L for two years. It's a decent structure with flexibility in payment terms. The scholarship was based on exam ranks for students who would be top 100 to 1000 ranks. I got an opportunity to work with Godrej properties under the product development team as an intern. And my final placement was with Quikr.com where I got Key Accounts Manager role.

Unable to recollect fest names bt we organized more than 4 fests, including tech & cultural fests. Also,The college used to provide opportunities & supported students if we wanted to go to other colleges for participating in their fest. A very good library with lots of collections of both management books as well as competitive exam books if someone wanted to Persie higher education or looking towards govt jobs. All air-conditioned classroom includes projector & chalkboard based study. Can accommodate around 100 students in one class.

Most GD topics were based on current affairs. Itm takes admissions through multiple exams including CAT, Cmat. I got enrolled through Cmat where my percentile was around 95 percentile. I was enrolled with the IMS learning institute as well to prepare for these exams & processes.
