Amazing faculty and infrastructure. During admissions, Initial shortlist happened based on Cat/Xat score and then there were WAT and PI. I chose this college because it's in Chennai and has a very good faculty for the Marketing department.

I chose marketing because I found that I have an interest in this department after my work experience. Faculty: student Ratio would be 1:15. Trimester pattern. 3 terms per year. If we listen in the class and study one night before the exam, we can pass. Most of the faculty available here have done PHD and many professors use case-based teaching methodology.

Internship opportunities are also more or less similar to final placement opportunities. But more number of companies visit during the final placement than the ones that visit during a summer internship. For the marketing department, it would be mostly sales roles offered by the company.

Students are eligible for placements from the second trimester onwards. For final placement, they are eligible from fourth trimester onwards. Many good companies do visit our college. But they can do even better with the level of networking its founder has mostly all the students will get placed. Highest package for our course was around 21 lakhs, which was provided by McKinsey and company.

Fees are almost the same as any other B-School. But for the amount we pay, we get good facilities and infrastructure here. I don't remember any scholarships or Financial assistance provided by the college.

Name of the annual fest is the latitude and they also conduct cultural fest like Sangamithra. These two are so important occasions in our college. Mostly we do get all the books in our library(resource centre). We do get all amenities in the classroom. We get individual charging points for every desk. Sports arena will also be maintained well.

Hostel rooms are really good. Rooms are cleaned regularly by the housekeeping staffs. Quality of food is good but the food will be kind of bland. Registeration of the hostel and all are a pretty simple process which is don during admission itself.

There were only WAT and PI. All of us were given a topic and asked to write briefly on not more than one page and submit to them. WAT was not an elimination round and all. It was also part of the process and there was so weightage given to it. After this, we were called for the PI. In PI, we were asked about previous work experience or project works done by us in the college.
