University for me

Aligarh Muslim University is established by Sir Syed Ahmad Khan in the year 1920 and is one of the highest universities in India and first rank in 2017 by the US news best global universities and 3rd best universities in India by India today ranking 2020. AMU offers UG PG DIPLOMA and academic degree programs within the streams of science arts and social science. Graduates from the Aligarh Muslim University are placed in top notch firms like TATA, WIPRO, ASIAN PAINTS ETC.

Since childhood, I have been very much fond of the Chemistry behind everything happening around me. Like how the milk converts into curd, how the sugarcane juice gets converted into vinegar, etc. I got an opportunity to study the industrial applications of Chemistry in my graduation as BSc in industrial chemistry and I accepted that opportunity. In my college, the faculties are very good and they are very helpful. They all are highly qualified and have that talent which is necessary for teaching. Exams are held semester-wise, twice a year. And it is not too much difficult to pass but to get a better rank, one must have studied hard. That's all.

In the current year, almost 90 percent of students from the department of computer application got placement opportunities. Top companies like TCS, WIPRO, skype and other multinational companies are the regular recruiters here. The average salary offered in department of computer application is 4.2 lakh per annum and the overall placement of Aligarh Muslim University is good.

It is probably cheapest all over India. Slightly interesting due to policies of the Central government but still lowest in India. whole year fees of Aligarh Muslim University is approx 15k including hostels.

Being a student of Aligarh Muslim University for the past 6 years I think I am eligible to answer correctly. First a bit background of me, I took admission in August 2015 in Sayyid Hamid Senior Secondary School and where I opted for PCM Stream. Currently, I am pursuing my bachelor degree from this prestigious university. Quality of education is very good AMU offers more than 300 courses in the traditional and modern branches of education and hosts many experienced, well renowned faculty of all the courses.

In AMU there are 19 halls of residence for students with 80 hostels including boys and girls. Almost all admitted students get allotted hostel because the hostel is provided by AMU at a very low price. And dining charge of Aligarh Muslim University hostel is around 1200. Along with low fees structure AMU provided many facilities like Common Room, Reading Room, Dining hall, generator, 24 hours of electricity, geyser water cooler etc.
