The college management, i can not comment as i did not notice much good or bad things but yes people who cheated in exams escaped during my time there was a boy who was caught red handed and he was exited by the examiner but he had some contacts with the board members of the college committee and no actions were taken against him i think he just got a back. But he was not expelled form the college.

No entrance exams taken at the time when I took admissions, I got admission based on my 12th standard marks. PCM aggregate and total percentage.

The course curriculum was good first five semesters were common for all the students where there was no elective but in the 5th semester you have to do one project applying your knowledge. you can use the college labs for it. Although not much help from professors as they were busy with their own lecture schedules in the 6th and 7th semester you have electives. I don't remember very well. but i think there was: Biomedical engineering, satellite and communications, antenna enginnering, VLSI, I took satellite engineering and VLSI and antenna engineering.

I don't know if thy provide now at my time it was not there yeah but students who passed out and did not have any job offers , joined as adhoc lecturers in the college. Some students has d contacts to do internships in their relatives companies or through some aquaitances. But yes for the students like us who had no contacts there was one formal entrance test in minibus automation in gandhinagar so m and my friend got internship there nobody was stipend as far as I remember getting internship for final semester itself was a challenge.

There was off campus placement done at our times. So not all the students were eligible from our department only two girls were selected for satyam. Now the placement is on campus I suppose it has improved from our times i don't have more details about it. But I notice lot of change in placements i can not comment on the percentage of placements done as I have no idea about it.

There was a new event started by our batch which was later carried forward by other batches as well.It was called Vi-Fi. They also celebrated navarati with garba and also annual day at our times there was sports day also now it must have increased as the college has become a university now they have a Facebook page as well, which can be visited for the celebrations and events organized.

it was feasible at our times : I don't remember the details but for the first year i paid INR 40,000. And for subsequent semesters it was it varied from 4000 to 5000. But for my immediate junior batch it was about 40000 throughout their semester it was a drastic increase for students through management quota the fee structure was different for obvious reasons the fee strucuture must have surely changed now i think the college website can give more details on that.

Not aware of it but their website can be visited for more information or the management can be contacted its been 10 years. They would have changed something about this.

I did not attend hostel i was a day scholar i had stayed only for 1 day for some garba night and stayed in my friends room i did not eat hostel food. But I think at that time the girls hostel was in the market and the food was not so good one room was shared by 2 or 4 people based on the size of the room the cleanness was not so great at that time it was just like normal hostel sort of you can survive abd live there the rates were reasonable.

There is an alumni network and some of my college-mates who stay nearby or in Gujarat do attend the annual functions i suppose.

Exams were conducted two times mid semester and then at the end of the semester in the first year there were two exams mid year and final exam. There were assessments in-between the labs were also regular some students did not take it seriously for their own reasons every Saturday we had lab periods. It was on the interest of students how seriously they take labs for those who took it seriously and wanted to learn it was good for those who had some other plans did not well this is the case in almost every college.

At the time when I took admissions, I got admission based on my 12th standard marks. PCM ( physics chemistry and maths aggregate and total percentage.there was a admission process at state level, where all the students who passed out from gujarat schools (not necessarily gujarat board, I was from CBSE board ) attended the admission processa t some centres. There they had ranks based on the percentage in 12th standard. It took entire day before this you have the pamphel where they have the list of colleges and last years cut off to get admitted to those colleges you can decide which stream and college you want and then come for the admission process.
