I appeared for NMAT which is conducted by GMAT and scored 198 in the same. This exam happens at All India Level. One of the main reason of opting this college is that it offers dual specialization and has a brand name with good placement.

Course Curriculum is unique in its own sense. Because of AMBA accrediation, we have different course which is as per thier standard. And also being an Autonomous institute, Our course is well defined and updated as per Industry need. We have total of 15 Subjects of which by selecting 8 you can do majors in that and rest 7 can be from different specialization.

Yes. Our College Internship. The average Stipend of last year was 14K but to be more particular. We should not be focussing more on money part then on the type of role which interns get. We have companies from all part of sectors likes BFSI, IT/ITES, Banking, retail etc.

Placement and Job opportunities at NMIMS, Bangalore is very good. Last year the avergae package was 9.8 l/a and the highest was 16.2 l/a. More than 120 companies shared their job description for roles such as Asset Management. Business associate, Market research and so on.

NMIMS Bangalore is not just limited to bookish world. We have lot of events that happens beyond the classroom. Events such as Analytics day, HR symposium, Guest lecture, TEDx, Nityakash, Finance Summit and so on. These events are particularly organised and supervised by students themselves. Believe me, these events are very exciting and unique in their own sense.

Fee structure considering the kind of study, internship and placement opportunities given by college is feasible. College takes care in building the attitude of the candidate and that is what is important i believe. College offers lectures by visiting faculties, outbound training,courses such as SAP and SAS is inclusive in the cost.

Yes. NMIMS Bangalore has an association with DENA Bank which clears the education loan within 3 days without any morgtage. This plays a very important esp. people coming from middle class family and wish to give higher education to thier children.

NMIMS, Bangalore has a very healthy campus life with 56 to 44 male femal ratio. It has people from all part of the country. Also with good number of them having relavent full time workexperience which gives an advantage to freshers to share the equal thought with them and explore their thinking.

Hostel facilities and mess food are very good. Considering the type of living facilities and food, i believe the cost charged by college is very minimal. What matters in the hostel is the kind of students that you live it. If you want to enjoy, you should atleast live once in hostel in your lifetime.

NMIMS, Bangalore in its 8 years hold a very good base of alumni. NMIMS, Bangalore alumni share great space in the corporate world. There presence in the events gives the sense of pride and achievements. They actually help the institutes by participating in most of the events and giving their insights for the same.

Exam doesn’t mainly focus on theoretical point. Our Exam is divided into Quiz, Mid-term , Group Exercise and then the final term. So it’s a good mixture of lot of things which enhances the skills of candidate and his potential. Things like leadership skills, team work get tested during the course.

After clearing the Cutoff, I was called for the Case Discussion and Personal Interview which happened on the same day. The idea of case discussion was to come out with solution to the given case and personal interview was more on my work exp. and why MBA.

We have faculty coming from renowned institute likes IIM, IIT and other universities. They are not just acquinted with book knowledge but most of them have proper industry working experience which add lot of benefit in their presentation and discussion.
