Great campus and faculties and more practical oriented.

My college is a good place for any student from any state. It is a great place to experience our professional life and i would surely recommend to students whome so ever i know.A great and a lovely environment with lovely gardens are worth spending every moment inside the college campus. The college management also knows its responsibilities for the students and keeps the students on track in every aspects.

Nagaland state JEE. got 145 score n I choose this College as the review of this college was excellent as compared to other colleges given in the options.

Well the course consist of well structure Syllabus that involves real time practical to illustrate the ideas to the students more effectively which is the best aspect. The syllabus are well ordered every semester. The practical in each and every semester are all according to the syllabus and it was structured in such a way that the students wouldn't find and difficulty in following up the course. Each and every student are made well aware of the whole topics at the starting of every semester that are incorporated according to the syllabus. The students are all suggested with Good text books by the professor according to course curriculum so that the students would follow up easily and effectively with much more reference in every topics.

No. Well in our year i.e 2013 there wasnt any such opportunity that was know to us. The college authority was unaware during that academic session. The placement incharge of the college oe the dean of students was unaware of internship of the students as they were more of looking at the placement opportunities of the students. We the students too was only aware of the companies that offers acceptable packages and were more focus on such.

The placement record for our batch was acceptable. there were various companies that offers jobs in different services. Consultancy services like TCS also came. The job opportunity provided were all from different areas and job profiles. Companies like TCS came and offered packages of 2.5 lakhs per annum. Engineering Jobs also from reputed and famous companies like L&T came and offered packages of 3 lakhs per annum. some software companies like wipro, Software AGalso came with similar packages.

There were various events of different kinds that were held. Sports, talent show, culture festivals and annual college festivals were held. Annual sports event was also held along with AAYAAS which involves participations from different colleges for football. Annual techno-management fectival known as tech SRIJAN is held with participants from various colleges around the state. Various annual debates of the college involving current senario were organised.

The fee structure was not expensives at the same time not too less the addmission of new students at out time was approx 65000 for the first semestet. the subsiquent semester cost around 35000 along with hostel expenses and 9000 for mess per semester were deposited.

Scholarships were provided by the state government and not from private sources as per my knowledge. Minoriy scholarship schemes from the central government can be avail for those minority students based on merit basis. Loans were provided by SBI banks and the students are responsible to avail that as the college have no schemes linked with and banks to offer loans to students.

The life inside the campus was full of life and fun. there were strict rules for anti-ragging so no incidents of such toom placed inside the campus as well outside. The sports session was full of energy as maximum students comes forward and plays with full potiential. During techno festival the students shows thier talents in the field of robotics and compition were tough. There were no discrimination among caste and religions. No issue of such communial violence took place ever.

The facilities provided were nothing sort of any extra. commom facilities like one common room with TV were provided, badminton court were provided in each hostel. The mess were purely Veg so it was difficult for the students who were non-veg. Moreover no dinner was provided every saturday so the students have to shell out extra money form their pocket. The rooms were old and due to less maintenance. Second and third year students have to accomodate 3 students per room which was not comfortable for the students.

The college seniors shows us the right way to deal with different problems we experiences be it in the academic front or dealing with the new environment or with the locals. The alumni encourages us in our academics etc.

The structure of the exam was well oriented with the overall course syllabus so it was overall good for the students. The montly test taken every semester was very helpful to the students as it keeps the students on track with the syllabus and moreover the faculties also becomes aware of the students capabilities. The students also knows about his performance before facing the mains semester exam. The marks of the theory and the practical exams are well distributed according to course structure. Overall the Exam structure is very well organised and comfortable to the students

The faculties are no doubt well acquainted with the course and the topics are well elaborated to the students. Their way of expressing their ideas are simple to comprehend which makes it more convienent to the students. The background of the faculties are well qualified and they often involve themselves with the latest changes that makes their teaching more effective and easy to graps the changes. They share their experiences in national and international conferences that deals with real world challenges and changes and also encourages us to participate and deliver our ideas. They wanted to make our course more practical oriented as it is the practical that makes the student more easy to understand the topics involving real time challenges.
