The college has a very good management and the name PSG has a very good reputation.

I didn't take any entrance exams such as CAT,IIT JEE etc.,. However I wrote my CA entrance exams which is called as CPT and i scored a 80%. This is only because of my college as they allowed me to pursue my career. I opted for this college based my seniors feedback and its brand image.

I would rate the course curriculum as 5 out of 10 as most of the syllabus was outdated and does not have any practical experiences. I felt we need to be a bookworm to a little bit to score marks. There is no much scope for research with relate to a course i took (B.Com)

The college don't provide internship. They have industrial visits which will be very helpful.We can get internship outside college easily.

As far as my knowledge the placement is very good and there are huge job opportunities that come in every year. As i remember infosys, Ernst and Young, RR Donnely, Delloite and many other firms and MNCs came for the interview and they offered a package ranging from 5 lakhs to 7 lakhs depending on the candidates ability.

This question really takes back me to my college days where we had the ultimate fun with various festivals. We celebrated the cultural events by participating in various activities such as musical, playing guitar etc., we also celebrated sports day.

The fee structure was feasible. They don't charge very high. however at the time of admission i think we need to pay some donation which amounts to Rs 50,000 for management quota. If it is the regular day college the fees is very very minimum and they collect only government advised fees.

I don't think the college has a scholarship or loan facility to students. However i beleive that banks extend educational loans and dont deny the loan if we study in PSG.

The campus has a good or equal gender ratio. It also gave importance to extracurricular activities and sports. My friend was a volley ball player and he developed himself as a very good player in his college days. They also provide additional add on courses to specialize ourselves. I took Banking and Insurance as an add on course and it helped me to secure a good job.

I applied for the hostel but i didn't get it as they have only limited seats. However there are huge number of PG or houses that are available at nominal rent in and around the college. The average rental per person will be around Rs 3000 per month if required with high quality standards.

The alumni network and seniors were very helpful. When I came to chennai it was fully a new experience for me and i was afraid. Only my seniors helped me to find a good place to stay.

Yes, the exams were very frequent. I mean we have internal assessment and the external semester. Being a B.com student we don't have any lab test. However the internal assessments were helpful to face semester exams. we have exams for every two months. i.e., two internals for every external exam.

The faculty of the college are really awesome. They teach with passion. They are the ones who motivated me to do a very tough course - Chartered Accountancy and because of them now i am a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary.The teachers are interested to teach and they also clarify the doubts whenever we ask the same.
