Because it is one of the most reputed private colleges promising 95% placement with an average package of 5-6 lakhs Admission was done on the basis of SRMJEE. The main reason for a tilt towards SRM is their placement record. CSI is a society of this college which also provides a blog.
Course Curriculum Overview
BTech CSE is the most trending course with most job opportunities that's why I choose this course. 1:60 faculty ratio is present in the majority of the sections which is fine. All the teachers are highly qualified with most of them having done PhD or atleast their Masters in their respective fields. There is a system of regular examination and the exams difficultly level gradually increases as the semester proceeds further.
Placement Experience
Placements are the main plus point of this college. Most of the students get placed in a company. The average package is also 5 to 6 lakh. If someone does hard work he is sure to get a good Placement. The placement and procedures start from 6 sem.
Fees and Financial Aid
We have to pay a sum of 2 lakhs rupees either half-yearly or annually plus extra 4000 approx. Every semester as the exam fees I neither got nor applied for any scholarship or financial aid. There is no provision of on-campus jobs as this campus itself is not very big in the area.
Campus Life
Rubaroo and Innovate are the two main big fests that are held annually. Apart from these fests like Khel and various hackathons takes place every now and then. All the classrooms are air-conditioned which is a very major plus point. Various sports equipment are also available which are generally of good quality but no coaches are available as such.
